Very good location! Check-in and lobby is at 11th floor. A lot of restaurants around the area. Decently busy area. 10 mins to Roppongi & Ginza. The room is very spacious. My room can literally sleep 5. 4 on the bed and 1 by the window. There is a spa and sauna on the 12th floor. I didn't see any towels there. I assume you'll need to wear your robes from the room. It said, not to bring your own towels from your room there. Most Japanese spa and sauna areas does not allow people with tattoos. But I did not see a sign. There is a mini fridge, a wet bar, the TV is very confusing to use as I can't read the Japanese in the remote. I had to ask a friend to navigate through the menu, even tho it's in English but I exit the TV menu. Restroom is small, but I was able to use it comfortably including sitting on the toilet. Bed is a bit harder, but I like it. Pillows are very soft, almost like feathers. If I come back again, I will book this hotel and this. I love it. Happy traveling! Cheers!

The hotel is located nearby Shimbashi JR station (Yamanote line) which is so easy and comfortable; approximately 10 minutes walking. The reception is on 11th floor but it's not that difficult as there are 2 elevators. I booked one room and I have to pay extra 8,800 yen for my daughter and the hotel prepared the towel for her in a small bag when we checked-in. The hotel room is clean, tidy and nice, not too small. If you put the "Please clean my room" card at the door, the house keeping will clean your room everyday but I put "Do not disturb" sign so they put the new towels ing the bag and 2 bottles of water in front of my room everyday which is so impressive. Overall is super good, the staffs can speak English. We will go back again for sure.

Easy check-in. They have a indoor spa, no photo allowed though.

The AC in my room makes very loud noises. I complained to the front desk, they are very nice to let me change to another room. The AC in the new room is also noisy but I didn’t brother to complain. Not sure if all AC in this hotel are making loud noises or just the two room I stayed.

it is very convenient for local food and night life. not very much for family with kids as it is within their red light business district. and this is their "dirty" side of Tokyo but still clean and safe compared to other countries. staff are courteous and knows English.

The room is very clean with several convenient stores close by. Location is within walking distance to the train station.

Quite near for the Shimbashi station, lots of food around, quiet environment.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. I previously stayed at a 4-star hotel before coming here, and despite the lower price, this hotel is actually better in many aspects. Its location is close to everywhere, the hotel staff have a very good service attitude, and the hotel facilities are also very good. Highly recommended.

The room service was not quite satisfy. Stayed in the hotel for 7 days and had never vacuum the floor. Booked the room from trip.com, when we checked in they said we didn’t paid for the children until I showed them the reservation, then it was cleared up. 2 days later, called the reception asking for the kid package(towel, toothbrush, sandles,etc), they said again, we didn’t pay for the kid. Again, have to show them the reservation and get cleared up.

Don’t lose your card keys 1100 yen each. Vending available, laundry is long as wait because only 2 machines available for 500yen per load. 2.5 hr per cycle. Close to train station but everything is basic don’t expect luxury here.

Easy to locate and 5 mins walk from train station. A lot amenities around. Rooms are comfortable.

The breakfast selection was rather limited and the toilet was kinda small too - feels a little bit like the toilet on the airplane, I was so afraid of dropping my toiletries into the toilet bowl 😅 Appreciate the convenience of the location though. It’s not that near Shinjuku but has a direct train (not JR line) to Narita Airport.

可以寄存行李 登記柜台在11樓 check out可以直接放到地下的箱，因我沒留意到，便在柜台check out JR新橋駅行回酒店10分鐘左右 不算是很好找 房間寧靜，面積都可以，1個前開式大喼，1個傳統大喼，全開，空間沒問題 頂樓的溫泉舒適，可舒緩整天的疲勞
