Everything were good to excellent, only communication issue.
Hotel have no baggage deposit policy, better insist or clear communication with guest. Instead of will see what we can do, end up by denying at front.
Dragging a luggage around was not a fun thing.

This is my second visit in this hotel but I got a bad experience that I ever had. Please have more training on staff attitude and please remind your staff do not eating when you are talking to guest. Please improve your SELF check in system if you’re mean to be convenient.

Excellent location. Just 1 min walk to Oedo line train station, which easily connects to every key attractions in Tokyo. Check in and check out are self serviced.

Overall the quality of the hotel is worthy of recommendation for a family trip with more people.
If the hotel can specify the clear direction from the MRT station in the neighborhood, that would be very helpful.
If the hotel can equip the coin luggage service, that would be very convenient because the hotel check-out time is very pretty early by 10 am.

The location is good, 3 minutes from Shin-Okachimachi Station and 5-6 minutes from JR Okachimachi Station.
Ueno is a 10-minute walk away. There are many convenience stores nearby.
The hotel is fully equipped with washing machines, laundry detergent, vacuum cleaners, etc.
The only thing is that there is no toothbrush and water.

The location was good, so I could easily go to major tourist attractions by subway. The amenities were provided and the staff were friendly. The facilities were clean and new, so it was a satisfactory stay for the price.

Very good. The subway is next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The room is clean and quiet. The refrigerator is clean. You can cook with an induction cooker. Perfect.

There is a parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is convenient for self-driving! Only the kitchen utensils and tea sets showed signs of use and had not been cleaned yet! Check-in and check-out are smooth and easy! There are also many convenience stores nearby!

The overall facilities in the room are very good~
There are washing machines, dryers, induction cookers, microwave ovens and vacuum cleaners.
You can also cook by yourself ~ the space is quite large!
It’s just that the self-service check-in is inconvenient and you can’t store your luggage.
There was no cleaning service during our 3-day stay. It was not good to have some kitchen waste from cooking but not being able to clean and take out the trash. This is what I think is the most regrettable thing.
The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, and some places are dusty and not cleaned up. I asked the hotel cleaning staff to prepare towels to hang at the door but there were none to replace them. I needed to ask for help temporarily but there was no one to help, so I could only video chat remotely.

I think the place is quite remote There are no restaurants nearby but there are several convenience stores The rooms are also very large and very comfortable  The nearest station is Shin Okachi Oedo Line a few dozen meters or so then 500 600 meters have Yamanote Line or  Ginza Line respectively Okachi Station and Inaricho to walk about 10 minutes Akihabara can be 20 minutes walk to reach it depends on your physical ability If you go out to play, I do not quite recommend staying near the Yamanote Line would be best  and this one is self-service check-in and check out Then to the hotel scan a QR code to get your own towels are taken as many as you want to take as many as you want to enter the door a little into the left hand side of the cabinet all towels you do not have to wish what service if you want to enjoy the service do not choose this one need employee help do not choose this one

The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants and mini supermarkets near the hotel. There is a large table in the middle of the room for the whole family to enjoy after buying food under the supermarket back to the hotel.It also has a mini kitchen fridge microwave and cooking tools.
Pillows provided Can multiple be provided? His pillow.too flat quilt too thin.But one bad is check out time 10am.

There are staff at the counter, which is very convenient! The location is close to the subway and quiet at night. There is also a small kitchen and a washing machine which are super convenient; it is suitable for families to go to the supermarket to buy things and cook them later. It’s great!

The hotel is located at Shin Okachimachi Station. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the nearest entrance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ueno. There are several convenience stores, Sukiya, and Coco Ibanya nearby.
The room is so big, with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 dining table, and 3 chairs. There is still enough space to open 3 large suitcases.
There is a small open kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are refrigerators, ice trays, induction cookers, rice cookers, microwaves, clay pots, dishes and cups, etc. You can cook in the room.
There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The hotel provides laundry detergent. However, drying takes time. Usually, if the machine is full, it will take about 4 hours to wash and dry, and then another 4 hours to dry the clothes completely.
Just a reminder to everyone, the hotel only provides shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet paper🧻. If you want to buy toothpaste and toothbrush🪥, you have to go to reception. 200 yen per set. If House Cleaning is required, there is an additional fee.
All in all, the hotel really feels like a second home.

Chinese people trust me! Don't stay here!!
First: You can't store your luggage
Second: I waited for half an hour to check in, standing with a pile of luggage, and the front desk didn't take the initiative to find a place for me
The reason is that the door code given to me has not been opened. The front desk tried to enter the code at least five times, and it didn't work to open the door very hard
I asked you to open the door with the spare key, but he said there shouldn't be any! Note that there shouldn't be any!
Then I said you can change my room, I also have my own schedule. After all, I waited for half an hour without any results
Then the front desk entered the new password and it still didn't work! Finally, the door was opened for me with the spare key
