Stay is good here washroom could be maintained better and room windows are filled with water marks main problem is room is somewhat bad odour

The overall property is good but initially they refused us breakfast despite of booking for the breakfast on stating they give discount and hence do not provide breakfast despite of booking...hence after few arguments the gave us the breakfast

We stayed in Family Studio rooms for 2N. The rooms were quite spacious for 3 members and amenities are nice. We had a view of tirumala hill from the window. This hotel is conveniently located near Kapila Theertham temple. Our stay at KVP Golden Inn was very comfortable.

Service is extremely bad. They don’t clean the room next day unless you request them. Even after request also they don’t bother to clean the room. Unless you go to the reception and shout for cleaning, they will not send the house keeping staff. The manager in the reception is very lethargic.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

This property is new. Cons - painting smell in all the rooms. Water droplets from ac. Need to give reminders multiple times for complementary water. The behaviour of front desk managers is very rude. Pro - close to tirupati balaji temple.
