The hotel provides outstanding service and luxurious facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the dining is superb, and the staff are exceptionally attentive. It's an excellent choice for any traveler. Highly recommended!

This hotel is the best in Trichy. Staff is courteous and ready to help. Rooms are neat and clean. Their restaurant Trichy kitchen’s spread is good. Taste ( veg food) on scale of 10 scores 8-9. Thanks to their Chef Pramod whose culinary expertise is commendable. Overall a decent stay.

The entrance was beautiful ! the room was amazing it was a great idea to put the TV infront of the bedroom but kind of you should clean the bathroom the food was luxury we love this room and hotel so much because this hotel is luxury this is a nice place to stay in this hotel and room

There are not ***y choices if you are in Trichy. The only decent option you will have is the Courtyard by Marriott and thats how I ended up booking myself here for my short business trip. I have stayed here once last year and the hotel is practically new. It has good sized rooms and looks nice and is comfortable too. Yet the attention to details that you would get in a proper 5 start property are a miss. 1. The bathrooms have very less body lotion being provided. Just a single small *****. 2. The pillows are quite bad in the bedroom. It's not what you would expect from a Marriott. 3. No Bathrobes provided in the rooms. Having said all of that, The staff are truly very pleasant and always ready to help. The breakfast section was vast and staff there were genuinely friendly. I think the people who work in this property make up for all the small cons that prevail. The hotel can do better. But lack of competition is driving it to be mediocre in some ways , I guess. Specially for a Marriott.

As a family of 4 Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite members , we decided to use our points for a 3 night stay at this property. This might have been one of the wisest Bonvoy redemptions we've made in a while. Not only is this property modern , comfortable & upscale , it also values your loyalty towards the brand. ALL our pre-arrival requests were acknowledged & honoured. I doubt we had any issue during our stay here. Courtyard by Marriott Trichy is the perfect base for tourists who wish to explore the "Great Living Chola Temples" , Karaikudi , Thanjavur , Tranquebar , Karaikal , Nagapattinam , Thiruv***r , etc. , all good for short day trips from the city. And of course the famous temple of Trichy itself. Would stay here again without any doubt. There's still a lot to explore !!
