Dissatisfied with the condition of the room. Towels were old. Unfriendly reception

I found this thru net while coming to trichy. Though room is very compact, it is good with ac. Just stayed at night, had our breakfast in the morning and left.

Property location is the best, very near to market for everything to be accessible. I would rate the property below average for the price i paid. Only bathrooms were clean, linens were not. I could literally feel the spring while lying in the bed. Front desk staffs were very cooperative but room service was extremely poor. No one attended me even for a cup of tea or a towel. Ac looked faulty too. This place is only good due to location. At the same price, you surely get better properties

Room was quiet small other wise the service is good, wash room is nice and clean ; location is good to reach both from railway station and from central bus stand

Easy this find in location and amenities this free parking and tv, ac working condition is good and property's hygienic

Overall good stay for family's. But we need to ask them for each and every needs like rooms, hot water, kettle, towels, food service, tv connect, parking. Etc. Actually i have booked premium room after checking with receptionist which they said premium room will good for 2+1 kid when compare with elite room. But they provide elite room when i reach there for check in. After requested only they changed room to premium. Elite room is very small size and even bed, room price also when compare with premium.

I was traveling with my driver and we booked this hotel to visit the famous shiva temple. However our stay was very uncomfortable as the room was very small, bathroom was tiny and worst was the staff. Though language might be an issue as i don't speak tamil

First entrance property manager is having heated argument with some guest. Then he allotted us room which is horrible having lot noise from exist fan from hotel with in same building(when he is allotting room i observed he has around 7 roome still vacant. The security who came to show room acted very smart by switching on tv with high volume. When i requested change of room no response for half an hour. It was around 9. 00 pm without dinner traveling with kids having fever. When we went down for dinner they said they sent security with new room key, inf-act security was not at hotel. Once i completed dinner and came back allotted me a room. Which is of less category instead of my booked for premium room. It's horrible bed with springs touching while sleeping. It's super soft you can't even move from one side to other side without support. I have never seen such a horribly dis-oriented bed in any hotel. It's very odd with black colour water coming from taps. Etc. Seems over all i should give less than minus 10 for hotel manager minus 20 for bed comfort(we got body pains till morning) minus 20 for their attention what room is being alloted. I would say block list this hotel until their behaviour changes towards customers.

Room was not enough for 3 adults and 1 child. After reaching hotel, receptionist mentioned make my trip showed 2 adults and 2 child instead of 3 adult and 1 child. Hotel is trying to get additional money out of us to give bigger room. Not a great stay, pictures could have been elaborate to gauge the room size. Not worth for that money.
