Ulasan Jinsha Hotel (Tianshui Railway Station Pedestrian Street)

The hotel is on the corner opposite Tianshui Station (NOT Tianshui South station). There is an entrance to the underground shopping street just outside the entrance,and many convenience shops. It is just a few minutes walk away from the pedestrian shopping street. There is a KTV in the same building, but I never heard any noise from it. The decor is a little dated now, but otherwise it is a fine choice at this price point.

Read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

服務很差很差，天水麻辣燙很有名，服務員的臉也被燙了，沒點笑容，冷冰冰的，沒有一點服務意識，可能生意太好了，不歡迎外地來客，我入住130平套房，衹給一天四瓶水，要一次衹給送2瓶，四個人入住，幾毛錢的水，太小氣了，出門跟前台要一瓶，前台冷臉問你們岀去還要水，要水乾什麼用？無語了，天水讓我領教了，入住過幾百家酒店，頭一次遇見了**小氣之店，再見吧天水。另住二天，衹配一天的咖啡，以我的經歷告訴你們，謹慎入住，我公司已將此酒店列入黑名單。另外人事己與攜程溝通此事，建議攜程關注此酒店

地理位置挺好，但房間隔音效果很差，有一個旅行團遊客興奮，人員在房間扎堆，聊天一個晚上，干擾的左鄰右舍顧客無法休息；另早餐外包，到旁邊牛肉麪館，蒸麪館就餐，限定每人16元，超額部分自負，伙食一般。特給差評！

首先我在訂房時已經明確填寫了需要安靜房 前台沒有提前排房給我安排的是電梯門口的房人來人往很吵 然後一進門就能聞到一股很明顯的煙味 本人也是抽煙的不知道客房在查房時是否工作做到位，因為比較晚了而且恰逢清明節用房量大想着能不給你們添麻煩，換間房又是臟房狀態買不了況且那個點客房也下班了 索性就沒有換 其次就是設施先説空調吧 房間很熱我冷風開到10°強風吹了半小時還是很熱手往上一按一直吹的熱風 再三研究了幾遍牆上空調面板 還是那樣子 後面就關了沒有再開就把窗户打開了確實涼了可是也確實吵 因為臨街。再説這個吹風機吧 洗完頭要吹頭 插上吹一半大概有五分鐘就自動不吹了拔了從插還是那樣 還以為是故障了沒去管過了一會朋友洗完也去吹我以為故障了 跟他説吹風機好像故障吹不了了結果吹開了 然後跟我一樣五分鐘後又不吹了 第二天試了一遍還是這個樣子 可以説這次體驗還是挺不滿意的很一般 工作人員也是毫無熱情

免費停車是停到對面火車站停車場。 沒有自助早餐，免費早餐是跟魏家涼皮和蘭州拉麪兩個店合作。 屋裡的浴巾都是爛的。 如果實在找不到地方住就選這家。 我體驗最差的一次住宿經歷。

離麻辣燙一條街非常近，有自己的洗浴中心，舒舒服服洗個澡休息不錯，就是酒店可能年份比較久了 設施：比較陳舊看起來 衞生：看起來還算乾淨 環境：還可以 服務：比較不錯

交通便利 後面就是小吃街

初次來到天水，朋友推薦了金莎酒店，入住後給我很大驚喜，這性價比也太高啦😁房間乾淨整潔，軟硬件齊全，服務員熱情周到，我十分滿意，萬分高興。謝謝！

前台接待服務謙恭，態度好。衞生很好。缺點一是房間內設施陳舊，二是空調聲音很大，吵的睡不着。
