Ulasan Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower

Tianjin adalah kota yang sangat disukai para pemimpinnya. Karena tidak jauh dari Beijing, saya sering datang ke sini. Biasanya saya selalu tinggal di dekat bianglala setiap saat. Hotel Novotel terletak di tengah Gulou, sekitar dua kilometer dari bianglala, fasilitasnya lengkap, setelah melihat sambutan saya, mereka berinisiatif untuk mengupgrade dan menyesuaikan kamar ke lokasi paling tenang. Terima kasih banyak. Ada Restoran Tianjin Chen** yang terkenal sepanjang masa sangat dekat dengan hotel, dengan cita rasa otentik dan harga terjangkau. Nyaman sekali untuk jalan-jalan setelah makan malam, ada tempat belanja dan makan di lantai bawah, sangat nyaman. Menyenangkan sekali mengendarai sepeda mengelilingi Sungai Haihe di musim ini. Selama perjalanan ke Tianjin ini, selain mengambil foto bianglala tua, kami juga mengunjungi gedung-gedung tua Tianjin, bekas kediaman Zhang Xueliang, bekas kediaman Zhang Ailing, Istana Puyi, Pasar Pagi Jalan Tua, dll. Pancake Nanlou, roti kukus dari kompor, kue-kue dari Xiujia... Saya akan segera kembali ke Tianjin. Rekomendasi hotel bintang lima!

Novotel Gulou sangat bagus, pusat perbelanjaan, restoran, dan jalan budaya kuno tidak jauh dari hotel, dan Sungai Haihe dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki singkat. Lingkungan internal dan eksternal hotel bersih dan gurih, sarapannya banyak variasi, dan semua layanan ada. Robot mengantarkan air, suvenir sebelum meninggalkan toko, dll. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi lain kali saya datang ke Tianjin.

Very satisfied with the stay. The room is very clean and the facilities is nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

Good location, near attractions place , but I think It is not close to subway station ,It’s just walking distance but I think It is far 😅. Good breakfast, but the staff wasn’t tell me about everything,she tell me only my room number 😅. She didn’t tell me about breakfast,minibar(I can drink it free)… I suggest using Didi…It is cheap and convenient.

Overall, a great stay! The rooms were clean, and the service was fantastic. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, as we experienced some connection issues with our iPhones and had to rely on our own mobile data. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they tried their best to assist us with the connection, although the issue unfortunately remained unresolved. Despite this, we really appreciated their effort and hospitality!

Stayed at Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower and it turned out to be a very good experience overall. Its location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding attractions, dine at nearby restaurants, and get around the city with ease. Whether you’re in Tianjin for sightseeing or business, the hotel serves as a great base. Service was smooth and efficient, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. A solid stay and definitely a hotel I would return to.

Had an enjoyable stay at Novotel ! Staff are friendly and approachable . My son broke a light by accident yet the hotel staff asked if my boy is ok straight . When I offered to pay up, they reject my payment. Such service definitely makes me want to stay Novotel again next time.

We arrived the hotel early in the morning around 10am. Was trying luck to see if there’s any room available for early check in, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful enough to check for us and offered us a free upgrade of room type and helped us checked in early. The breakfast is very decent and clean. Overall a pleasant stay for 2 nights.

Excellent and modern hotel. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Service was great with free self service laundry. The robot sent our takeaway right to our room. Awesome stay!
