Friendly and helpful host, highly recommended. The room is very clean and has a large space. 1 King and 1 Queen side bed. The location apartment is nearest the train station, just 300m walk away. Tianjing is a beautiful city, love it.

Our stays was great, the place is clean, very spacious for us a group of 4. The lady is is nice and very responsive. The locations is super strategic only 1 stasion away from the Tianjin Railway stasion. There are both bus stasion and metro nearby, restaurant and supermarket just downstairs, really convinient.

Very nice place to stay, convenient location near to subway station and not far from the city center and tourist attractions. Clean room, has everything for the comfortable stay.

Near Metro and many eateries and shops! Many different homestay are located in the same building and sharing the same elevators thus creating a very noisy and crowded atmosphere!

The cleaness of this place is horrific. Instantly strong toilet smell upon opening the front door, had to go shop for some bleach and cleaning products right away out of our own pocket, the shower was dirty , the fridge was gut wrenching, again strong smell and left over food in both fridge and freezer with mouldy sauce spill on the dividers, more cleaning product was bought. Everything is extremely dated , the bed felt like is going to break with every turn, the toilet is held down by tape so when turning to get toilet paper I almost fell. Not sure what the Chinese cleaning standard is but definitely not western standard. And for £28.5 a night is not the cheap for the location. However, the location was close to a metro station and major train station with a good amount of shops and restaurants around, easy to get a taxi.

Saying that China's health standards are not as good as those in the West is really angry and funny, don't you know foreigners have little money now? Do they all come to China to work? Real foreigners are not like you. I have received many friends from Western countries and they were all very friendly. If our room is what you say it is, we would still have so many guests. Two idioms to explain your behavior: "nitpicking" and "turning things upside down." What do you mean? Almost. I've been unstable since we started here, and you're not. I tell you, when Chinese people have a sense of superiority. By the way, that's a waterproof seal on the toilet, and there's scotch tape. Take it.

The hotel was not that clean and 20 min taxi ride from the center
Tanggapan dari Properti: Friends, we are in the city center, within the Central Ring Line, within 2 kilometers from Haihe Scenic area, a five-minute walk is the subway station, where you come from by car takes 20 minutes ah. We have always insisted on a guest a cleaning, a guest a replacement, a guest a cleaning, if you feel where is not particularly satisfied when you check in, you can tell us, we will give you a good solution in the first time.

Location is great, but turns out it's a apartment room not a hotel room, so no hotel facilties

Well the location and the way they gave us blankets was helpful but the kitchen equipment was little biy unhygieneic but overall it’s affordable.

Near to metro station and bus station, also tianjin station is only one bus station away. It has everything u need also washing machine. Easy check in and out. Host allowed us to late check out for free so happy. Only one things is bed sheets are not clean
