Firstly, I would like to commend your staff, particularly Mr. Wan from the Lancava team. His warm hospitality and excellent recommendations made a significant positive impact on our stay. His dedication and service truly stood out, and I am grateful for the wonderful dining suggestions he provided, which my family thoroughly enjoyed. On another positive note, the bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the pool area and the overall ambience of the hotel were delightful, making it a pleasant environment to unwind. However, there were several aspects of our stay that were less than satisfactory. We encountered issues with housekeeping, as the initial room assigned had spoilt candy left behind and an unpleasant odor. Although we were moved to another room, it also had cleanliness issues, including used plastic on the bathtub edge and stained blankets and bedsheets. It seems further training in housekeeping would be beneficial to maintain your establishment’s standards. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but unfortunately, the taste did not meet expectations, and the plates appeared stained, which detracted from the dining experience. I share these insights with the hope that they will be helpful in enhancing the experience for future guests.

Stayed at PARKROYAL Langkawi on 23–24 April and it was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfy with a beautiful sea view. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the beachfront location and the breakfast selection was great too. Perfect place to unwind – highly recommended!

Hotel is huge and has 2 pools. Does not feel crowded although there are many guests. Hotel is easily accessible, only 10 mins from airport. Close to amenities and walking distance from Cenang beach.

The room was very spacious, even though there were only two of us staying. The bathroom came with a bathtub, and the air-conditioning was cold enough to keep the room comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful sea view with nice scenery — perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was moderate, with a variety of options including nasi lemak, wedges, hotdogs, mee soup, an egg station, bread, fruits, and more. We enjoyed our stay very much.

100% Enjoyed my stay, loved how spacious the room was, Got upgraded to an oceanview suite very grateful 🙏🏼 rooms were equipped with chromecast, made it really easy to connect to the tv. Room was clean and comfortable, however balcony furniture was a little dirty. Never expected Langkawi to bring about so much surprises. 10/10 will come again 👌🏼

The service was excellent – the staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was not disappointing at all – lots of choices and everything we tried was tasty. The pool was definitely our favorite part! I had the best time just sitting at the swim-up bar, eating and drinking right in the water. A great experience overall, perfect for families. We’d love to come back again!

One of the best beachfront hotels I ever stayed! Maybe it was the room type, but the design, layout and size were just so comfortable, elegant and luxurious. The balcony seaview was one of it's best features. Staffs at the hotel were always very welcoming and friendly. Location was great as well. With the beach just in front of the hotel, watching the beautiful sunset was just a life experience you should not miss.

Book a staycation for my parents anniversary. They really enjoyed their stay. Overall satisfied. Hotel provide a simple decoration and free a slice of cake for my parents. But need to email them earlier.

This is my first time staying at Park royal Langkawi. It was an amazing memories with warmth hospitality from the staffs starting from the check in counter to the room service staff including the security guard. The food also was very nice with a lot of varieties including Raya menu such as ketupat palas & nasi empit & kuah kacang. The location of the hotel also very strategic with 5-10 minutes walking distance to Pantai Chenang. Overall, everything was great & I will come back again soon!

This resort is right at the beach front, the staff is super friendly and the food was super tasty. Would definitely stay here again. Super close to the airport, games rooms plus plenty of pool space

First night was terrible. Lobby reception packed with check in customers. Hosted at a room for check in guest with coffee and cakes. Finally got a room at 5pm. Given a room that is opposite the lift, low floor, noisy, facing the entrance carpark which I already remarks that during the booking, I dun take room facing the lift and asking for higher floor, ended at 2nd floor. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE on the first day. 2nd day, Duty officer rearrange to a new upgrade room at level 5 which is accessible to the sky pool. Served a bottle Penfolds wine and cake for us. The new room was fantastic, finally we got the vacation feel back.

We arrived on Sat. and luckily to enjoy the dinner buffet. Food was good and the sunset on the beach side also amazing. Location very convenient. Staff friendly. Nice place.

everything perfect , wonderful stays , friendly staff , waterpark for kids is perfect, the best is the walking distance of beach.

We stayed here for 3 nights , I love the ocean view balcony so much . It was breathtaking , I was enjoy looking at the sunset every evening.
