I loved it. Very clean and tidy. Excellent service. The ladies are so kind and respectful. Breakfast is really tasty and varied. The location is also quite convenient. Perfect. Then even gave us a souvenir! I will come next time too if I have the chance.

Stayed here in 2018 - and most recently December 2024. Property is located near the Tianjin Station, so it’s very accessible to transportation. Tip: you can take the Metro direct from the Airport to the Train Station and it was only 3RMB/Yuan one way.  I had no issues looking for convenience stores and restaurants. There is a small mall about 750 meters away with all the necessities.  Staff were super helpful, although the room looked dated - but it had clean sheets, a solid mattress and pillows with strong hot water shower.  Was there for 3 days - everything was just nice, internet was sufficient for basic surfing, etc but at the price I paid - I can only compliment. Will be my go-to hotel when visiting Tianjin.

Room size too small for two persons. Breakfast menu needs improvement. Staffs are excellent. Specially Ms. Shan is very impressive and enthusiastic to help and communicate.

The room was booked through Ctrip. Although it was small, it had a good orientation with newly built buildings and gardens outside the window. There is currently a road under construction in front of the hotel, and the only thing left is to lay asphalt. This is the second stay. Take the subway from Tianjin Station (10 minutes walk from the hotel), transfer to Line 11 from Line 3 to the Cultural Center, and go to the Tianjin Natural History Museum, Tianjin Museum, and Art Museum.

The hotel service is very considerate. The beautiful lady at the front desk who checked in at around 13:00 on the 10th was very considerate. Knowing that I came from the south and was afraid of the cold, she gave me an electricity card for air conditioning and heating. Thank you, beautiful lady at the front desk. The room is designed with care and warmly decorated. It is very comfortable to sleep, with good sound insulation and impeccable hygiene. It is really clean. Thumbs up! Will continue to stay here next time I go on a business trip.

It is located within a 3-minute walk from Tianjin Station, which is very convenient. It is rare that the hotel lobby is a coffee bar. The facilities and equipment are complete, the room conditions are good, and the stay is very comfortable. The two days we stayed in happened to be the coldest days of this winter. The hotel also gave us hand warmers, which was so thoughtful.

Very average, slow check in, average room. The service attitude is average. They say it's stricter near the train station, but I don't feel it's strict in other areas. You don't need to swipe a card to get on the elevator, and the facilities are average.

It feels very clean. The service staff is very nice and enthusiastic. There is a food delivery robot when ordering takeout. Thumbs up! Not bad, not bad! I will book this store again next time I go to Tianjin!

Highly not recommended. The double bed I booked had a separate bathroom, which was normal, but the soundproofing was very poor. Not only the bathroom, but I could hear the clatter of the chair next door in the middle of the night. The most complained about thing is the hanging toilet. It squeaks when you sit on it. Both of them dare not sit firmly on it to go to the toilet, for fear of falling and hurting themselves. The mattress squeaks when you turn over between the two layers. I really don't recommend it.

The location of Ibis Railway Station Hotel is very convenient, very close to the subway and Tianjin Railway Station. The hotel service is very good, the room is large, the room design is very distinctive, it is very comfortable to stay in, the sheets are clean, the room sanitary environment is good, the bathroom is also very large, the breakfast variety is very rich and delicious, the hotel lobby has a cultural atmosphere, I will choose Ibis Hotel next time.

The hotel is very nice, just a few minutes' walk from Exit 8 of Tianjin Railway Station, and very convenient for taking the subway and high-speed rail. After arriving at the store, we asked the staff for recommendations for travel and sightseeing. The ladies gave enthusiastic recommendations and helped us plan very well. They also made their own hand-drawn maps, which looked very nice. After checking out, the sisters also gave us a small fan, which was very cute and great! ! ! !

I came to Tianjin with my friend's family and stayed at the Ibis, which is the closest to the East Station. I really like the style of the hotel lobby, the hotel staff's service attitude is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is very rich, the room hygiene is also very clean. I bought food and was afraid it would go bad, so the front desk took the initiative to help me put it in the refrigerator. I was really happy. We came down late for breakfast and the restaurant was closed, but the auntie in the restaurant still took lunch boxes to help us pack the food. I was very touched. It is a very humane hotel. I will stay at this Ibis next time!

I checked out of GreenTree Inn and moved to this hotel. The hygiene and soundproofing are the best I've experienced. It's worthy of being an international hotel with high standards. GreenTree Inn is really dirty and messy.
