This is a empty lavish hotel, it looks like a palace but nothing for comfortable living. They can’t even number the rooms in sequence, no fork and knife for meals, nicely displayed Starbucks dispenser but no cup available, etc. No value for expensive room rates.

I like this hotel very much and have stayed in many similar resorts before, but not as many activities as here. Love the hot springs, the children's fun center. I also like the design of the room, which is very large and spacious, with a balcony, so it is very ok to watch the scenery. I was deeply impressed by the butler service here. As I am Japanese, a lady named Linda Zhang communicated with me throughout the check-in process and added my wechat account, telling me to do nucleic acid and other intimate matters, as well as helping me to delay check-out. Very close to Happy Valley. However, no shuttle service so inconvenient. Rooms have high ceilings and big. Clean and good views. Inside good. However, outside the rooms is dated. There appeared to be a leak in the hallway with a bucket collecting water. Outside pool - exercise building looks like it was in disrepair. Pool had a plastic gate separating the shallow kid section from the deeper side. However, the bars where broken in several areas. A child could easily get their head caught underwater. I hope the management can change this before it is too late. We arrived late but no room service or restaurants open at 9:00 pm. Very strange for a hotel that says it is 5-star. Big breakfast and big rooms but seems like one could do better.

The service is very thoughtful, and there is a butler! Eat, drink and play all in one, you can play with your baby all day! The child fell asleep before checking out, and the check-out time was postponed for a long time. I am very grateful🙏 It was a very pleasant stay, the child had a lot of fun, and I will come again if I have the chance!

The whole family went out to play during the short holiday, but we were afraid that there would be too many people in the scenic area. We chose this one because we can soak in hot springs, which is convenient for children and there are many areas to play. There is a closed playground, indoor, and a game room. Boys like to play racing cars more, and they have both here. You can also ride horses outdoors. We went there on the first day of Qingming Festival. The overall area is large, and we don’t have to queue up for any activities. There were three adults and one child. In addition to the breakfast provided by the two rooms, all the activities we chose + two additional buffets cost a total of 800. The tickets for an amusement park in a shopping mall in Beijing cost more than 100 yuan, so this is still a good deal.

I checked into Tianjin Guanhu Castle Hotel on the 3rd, the night before the Qingming Festival holiday, and booked a 2-day hot spring room. I brought my elderly and children with me. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patient, answering every question from the guests carefully, explaining the hotel rooms, the location of the hot springs, the opening hours, the location and arrangement of the restaurant. The room service staff provided good service and provided the required items in a timely manner. The service was professional and enthusiastic, making the guests feel like spring breeze and very satisfied.

The hotel and its yard are very large, the rooms are spacious and bright, well decorated, and the recreational facilities are complete, including hot springs, horse riding, naughty castles, swimming pools, courts, etc. The yard is large and parking is convenient, there are charging stations, and the breakfast is rich. I was very satisfied with the children playing there for a day and a half. The service attitude of the staff was very good, especially the little sweet girl at the front desk was very thoughtful. There was one shortcoming: the locker room and shower area have been decorated for a long time and are a bit shabby and need to be renovated; the horse riding fee is too high, the staff took you for a walk for 98 yuan, and even if you ride two more circles, the average price is nearly 80 yuan per circle, which is not very reasonable. In Beijing, it is 40-50 yuan per circle.

The decoration of the room is also very exquisite. The pattern of the bed cover and the background wall are the same. The bedding is so comfortable. The front desk lady Zhang Yurou is very thoughtful. She added the WeChat account called the housekeeper service WeChat name Xiao Tiantian. The response was very timely. She helped us enter the car number, parking was free, and because we brought children, she helped us merge the twin beds. The bed was super big. There are many playable projects in the hotel, VR, escape room, multi-person bicycle, naughty castle, etc. All projects are charged unless you buy a ticket. I have to say that the hot spring is very good. Figure 1 is the decoration design taken at the entrance. The hot spring has a slide for children to play, a one-story, two-story, and three-story slides, and there are ocean balls on the water. My four-year-old baby didn’t play enough and had to go the next day. There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs. It is said to be a real hot spring, but we went to the hot spring buffet late and felt it was not worth it. The service attitude of the hotel is nothing to say!
