"Very conveniently located just 20 minutes from Male'. Very good for locals for a weekend getaway. Efficient and friendly team, from the reservations to FO, special mention to Arpi at FO, they were all very helpful in making our reservations as well as making sure all our transfer logistics were arranged properly. Always ready to help with a smile. The rooftop pool is an added bonus, plus the beautiful beach and garden restaurant just in front of the property adds more value to the stay and will definitely come again!"

"We stayed in the room for over a week. It had all the basic amenities you'd need – dishes, appliances, air conditioning, and fans. The room has two rooms separated by a door. It's excellent value for money. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Bikini Beach is a 12-minute walk away, and the local beach is about 3-5 minutes away. There are shops nearby. The staff is very helpful. We loved everything, thank you very much!"

"We stayed at Reef Edge Hotel in Thulusdhoo for five nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is extremely comfortable , welcoming and we were so happy to have relaxed here for 5 days. THe bed was super comfortable , everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole property has a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff are truly exceptional. They’re endlessly kind, friendly, and always happy to help with anything you need. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they’ll happily arrange excursions or make suggestions to make your stay even better. There are lots of thoughtful extras too: free bikes, a washing machine, and gorgeous outdoor garden spaces. The garden is such a lovely place to have dinner, and the local cats wandering around are friendly and add to the charm. The restaurant deserves a special mention. The chef is outstanding — the food is honestly some of the best we had"

"Although the room wasn't the best, the service was excellent. The young man at the front desk was practically our butler; we entrusted him with the fish we brought back from our fishing trips, and he cooked it for us. When we asked him how much the cooking fee was, he said it was free, so we ended up paying him $15 per meal. The downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes on the island, so remember to bring mosquito repellent!"

"I recently stayed at Dhoadhi Retreat with my daughter for a little mum & daughter getaway, and it honestly turned out to be such a wholesome and peaceful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, cozy, and welcoming. The guesthouse has such a soft and relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. My daughter absolutely loved the stay, and as a mum, that meant everything to me. We also really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the delicious breakfast every morning, it made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Prashant and Sakthi for being so kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. They genuinely made our stay feel so much better and made us feel at home the entire time. If you’re looking for a peaceful island escape with beautiful vibes and warm hospitality, I truly recommend Dhoadhi Retreat. "Today I’m leaving this wonderful guesthouse, and I’m honestly a little sad to say goodbye to such a great person and staff member as Rafiq. But my next island is waiting for me. 😊 I arrived from Malé late at night, but Rafiq, just as he promised, was waiting for me at the jetty with the transfer. I’m very grateful to him for that. The room was clean and tidy, and everything worked perfectly — the air conditioning, shower, and everything else. Rafiq was always attentive and would regularly ask if I needed any help. Rafiq is truly the heart of this guesthouse. Take good care of him! ❤️ Thank you for everything, Rafiq. I hope to come back one day! 🌴🌊"

"Lovely place taking the local island experience to the next level. The pool and the view was amazing - the first morning we saw a huge pod of dolphins playing in the water from up there. "An amazing stay. We've experienced hospitality like never before! Our host Mohamed went above and beyond for our family. The breakfast was great everyday because Mohamed went to culinary school, and he also kept our two toddlers entertained so much so that they would go out to find him first thing in the morning. He is a great company and a lovely person. The location was great for walking and exploring the island. there are shops in every direction. all in all, would definitely recommend for families. and especially muslims because Mohamed keeps it very clean and it is near a beautiful masjid"
