Food quality is good but service slow and erratic though courteous. A bit too expensive. The above comments are for in room dining. I did not eat at the restaurant. Room has no ironing board and iron and no hair dryer. AC vents should be directed to ensure even cooling of room. Quality of service is good and staff are very genial, accessible and go out of the way to help. Front desk managers are great. Security staff very helpful. Wi fi and net connectivity leaves much to be desired. We stayed 8 days and each day ( often many times in a day) , the user name, even room number and password changes. Toilets and bath good. Laundry very expensive. Over all it gives value for money and any day I would return for a stay. Over all happy compared to other hotels in the class except Hyatt Regency. Thanks

Rooms are clean.

I’m disappointed as for 3 reasons: First I booked this hotel for the swimming pool but it was closed , I claimed kindly and no body offer a kind of compensation. Second , when a arriver there was a very bad smell closed to the lift and it’s stay like that during two days Third poor internet connection And breakfast with not enough choice for foreign people who can not supporting always spicy food. Not at the level the pretended In conclusion I do not recommend this one , to expensive for the level they offered

We had a group booking at Park Inn for a wedding in Thrissur. The staff were nice and the hospitality was great. The space was very neatly maintained. They suggested and arranged a buffet lunch for our guests and arranged everything nicely.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, services are really good, staff is very courteous especially Mr suryaprakash. The food is also very good.

Excellent facility with easy access to all the local hotspots. No fuss seamless check-in and invisible yet helpful staff. We had a 5am departure and we recommend The Radisson Thrissur as the perfect pit-stop to load up on sleep and energy refuel before continuing on a long road trip.

Recently I stayed for a long vacation at Park Inn suites by Radisson at Trissur. Initially, I had booked for a week but after looking at the service and hospitality, I extended my stay for an additional week. I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and service - Mr Suprakash, Mr Abhijeet, Mr Arun, Mr Ajit, restaurant manager, Chef Anush, Chef Asha, Mr Sony, Haffna (from reservations) and Herald. Mr Suprakash and Mr Abhijeet went an extra mile to take care of my food customisations and dietary requirements. Thank you. I would also like to specially thank the excellent service from housekeeping staff Geetu and Mr Ravindra. We had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, but what really made the difference was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big shout-out to Ajith, the restaurant manager, who picked out some of the best Kerala dishes for us to try at lunch and dinner — every meal was a treat, and the chefs did a fantastic job! Also, many thanks to Sony Mohan, the front office manager, who connected me with a reliable cab driver. Thanks to him, I was able to explore many temples and tourist spots without any worry. Truly a memorable stay — I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kerala!
