We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everyone was so attentive and kind. Service and cleanliness was exceptional. Thank you Hyatt team especially to Aggelos for your thoughtfulness.

Сам отель хороший, большой и чистый номер. Персонал оставляет неприятное впечатление, не приятно общаться. Во время check-in я просил организовать трансфер в аэропорт рано утром. Когда пришел утром, выяснилось, что трансфер не организован. Сотрудники даже не извинились, сделали вид что «я не бронировал трансфер». Про клиент всегда прав видимо не слышали

流程要求都符合Hyatt的標準,櫃檯的作業更是國際高標專業的接待服務.沒有缺點！還有最讓人滿意的是禮賓部的接送服務,不但在抵達的前幾天, Email給了接機的Meeting point地圖及步驟圖文說明,讓接送機服務簡單方便,而且都是免費的,真是完美無缺Perfect !!

酒店很大，也有點老了。離機場很近，酒店有車送到機場，很方便

Hyatt Regency is an excellent hotel if you want to go on vacation with your family or friends! There is a large pool where you can swim and have fun. There are also two tennis courts, gym, ar indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. To be honest, the meals in the hotel restaurant "Ambrosia" are fantastic! Something that impressed me is that there is taxi service included in price! Trust me and go to this hotel if you want to enjoy some time with your family and friends. You won't regret it!

What a great place to stay. Its our second visit, the first time for just 1 week and this time for 2 weeks. Its located near Thessaloniki and near Halkidiki. Great hotel, excellent pool and excellent service. Special mention to Eleni at the pool and her amazing service, Vladimiros the lifeguard who is really hard working and a pleasure to deal with and of course Alexandros one of the breakfast waitors who always made sure we had what we needed. Overall, an excellent stay and its the excellent service that makes all the difference.

Welcome desk - friendly staff, but restaurant staff- not friendly, ignoring our orders, waiting ages for drink and dinner. Room well equipped, coffee machine, air condition, safety box, ironing set, big bathroom. Breakfast with Champagne, cheese selection, fruit, very good. Hotel is far from center.

The spa, the food, the pool, the bed were all amazing! The sea bass salad was one of the best dishes I have ever had. The bed and pillows were a dream. I highly recommend!

We had a good one night stay during a short overlay in Thessaloniki. The hotel is very close to the airport but you will need a shuttle to get there. It is roughly a 5 minute drive to and from the airport. The courtesy shuttle was always on time and we had been the only guests on 4 rides (we had to go twice to and from the airport). Hotel is in a landscaped garden and pretty much a typical but above average Hyatt Regency. Staff was extremely friendly and our room on the second floor was somewhat dated but immaculate clean. Be aware that the location is very far away from the city center abd therefore not well suited for sightseeing. Overall I would recommend staying here.

I booked this place on a last minute note for one night as I’ve had an unexpected layover in Thessaloniki. Not expecting too much, I was picked up at the airport in a private van driven by a super friendly staff member and dropped off at the hotel not too far from SKG. The receptionist again was really welcoming and I’ve got an upgrade from my originally booked standard room to a Superior King Room. Nice. The lively bar has a wonderful terrace providing great views over the lush pool area and the adjacent landscape. On this very terrace / patio you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. And they do provide a 5-star breakfast including live cooking, fresh orange juice, Italian coffee specialties and salmon (which, when it’s served, is a reason to call it 5-star itself). Perfect. The room I was given was nice, really spacious and quiet. I loved the bedding and the channel selection on TV. A well stocked mini bar and super comfy bathrobes were provided as well. I loved this place and its people and would come back any time. Highly recommended!

This hotel is maybe the best 5* in Thessaloniki, Greece. I enjoyed my stay and the areas around it. The service was excellent and the personnel very polite. I place a full five out of five for this choice. So, for any visitor, Hyatt must be choice number 1.

We are repeat customers at the Hyatt and absolutely love this hotel. We usually stay there on our last night particular if we have a late flight to finish our holiday in style. This year however we decided to try out their beachclub which they offer in collaboration with a 3rd party beach club. The sea and beach were amazing, clean water and lovely long beach, however the beach club played deafening loud music non stop from early morning. It was terrible! After 2 hours I had a headache and we decided to leave. What a shame. We went back to the pool who unfortunately also played loud music, so my last vacation day was completely destroyed. Do people in Greece have an hearing problem? No upmarket hotel anywhere in the world plays such loud music. Only 3 star hotels in Benidorm...

Check in was late , we arrived at 11:00 and got the room only after 16:30 , even we were told that it would be earlier. Not enough choice for dinner
