Ulasan Chisun Grand Nagano

Baru lewat jam lima sore kami tiba di Stasiun Nagano, tapi hari sudah gelap. Mereka bertiga mengambil koper mereka dan menuju ke Hotel Chigo di Nagano. Mereka langsung keluar dari stasiun dan berjalan ke jalan utama, melewati lampu lalu lintas, kemudian dipandu ke bagian jalan menuju gedung parkir. Tidak ada trotoar di jalan kecil. Ini adalah masa puncak parkir di malam hari. Satu demi satu mobil mengantri untuk menuju ke gedung parkir. Kami bertiga mengambil koper dan berjalan menyusurinya. Rasanya jauh sekali. Saya menyayangkan kenapa kami tidak memilih yang dekat stasiun. Sebelum saya meninggalkan Stasiun JR Nagano, saya melihat beberapa hotel, saya bertanya-tanya mengapa saya memilih yang ini? Saya kira itu karena ruang keluarga? Hotel ini sebenarnya terletak di sebelah rel kereta api, dan Anda dapat mendengar suara kereta lewat di malam hari. Kalau kamar untuk dua orang ukurannya oke, tapi di kamar untuk tiga orang ditambah sofa bed dan ruangan jadi sempit. Ini bukan pemisahan basah dan kering. Ketika saya kembali ke hotel untuk mengambil barang bawaan saya di siang hari, saya berjalan melalui jalan kecil lagi dan berbelok ke kanan dari jalan sempit kecil di sebelah Muji, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki ke hotel. Bagasi dapat disimpan di lobi, yang sangat nyaman.

*Tepat di sebelah Stasiun Nagano, sekitar lima menit berjalan kaki. *Pelayanan di lobi sangat ramah dan bersahabat, ada kopi dan matcha buffet di lobi. *Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, sangat cocok untuk perjalanan dan bisnis.

Saya menginap di kamar standar semi-double selama 2 malam. Lokasi dari jendela mengecewakan karena di lantai 4 😢 Ruangan itu besar dan bagus. Senang rasanya bisa meregangkan kaki di bathtub, tapi sayangnya tirai shower berbau jamur. Kami menikmati sarapan prasmanan di lokasi terbaik di lantai paling atas! Saya pikir 1.600 yen agak mahal, tapi rasanya enak! Nasi kastanye sangat lezat. Saya rasa saya akan memesannya lagi lain kali saya datang ke Nagano.

Barang sewaannya banyak sekali, jadi saya merasa bisa menginap tanpa merasa direpotkan meski hanya membawa pakaian. Sarapannya juga memiliki banyak produk Nagano yang terkenal, jadi menurut saya akan menyenangkan untuk merasakan suasananya. Saya merasa ingin menginap lagi jika saya datang lagi lain kali.

Spotless! The room was very clean and spacious… big enough to open my luggage 😅. We liked their hospitality to offer plenty options of amenities. Hotel is generous with their drinks at lobby that I can get my choice of wake up drink before I start my day. Highly recommended!!

The drink bar in the lobby is very nice, tasty milk green tea and coffee. I like the breakfast also.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities provided in self-help buffet style are plentiful and freely available. There is also a good choice of pillows (Simmons, Tempur, Japanese). We also enjoyed the massage chair inside the room itself.

Very good service. In the morning I asked for the luggage delivery to my next stay hotel while the post code provided in the booking is incorrect. When we finished the day tour and arrived at the hotel, the staff confirmed the city of our next hotel and rewrote it for us. Very grateful.

Nice hotel and walking distance to JR. Breakfast is nice too with beautiful view from top floor. We stayed here because we are going for day trip to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route from Nagano. Good experience.

5-10 minutes walk from Nagano station. Although the hotel seems rather old (from the 80s-90s) the room was nice, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly as well. The reception lounge also had complimentary drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate, which was nice. Breakfast was buffet, traditional Japanese breakfast style, with some western dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages. Really good spread, atypical Japanese breakfast items like stewed daikon and fish, miso eggplant, and onsen egg among others. They tasted really good too, and gives a warm and homely feeling which made me very happy (both in stomach and heart). Not to mention the restaurant was on the 12th floor, so you get a nice view of the townscape and trains passing by. Tldr, it was a nice stay for what it was worth, even by Japanese standards.

Proper distance to the Eki with a private and independent location. With self parking with an overnight fee of ¥1200. Good Japanese style breakfast at the top floor of the hotel overviewing the Nagano city and train station. Good service with free drinks and snacks in the lobby. Very satisfied business style hotel.

Hotel was within walking distance from the JR station which was great! Hotel was spacious and clean. Would recommend!

Fantastic location , staff is attentive , big room. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel tremendously , highly recommended . Free coffee , tea at lobby is a bonus and welcoming feeling.
