Hotel was far from metro station, nothing to see or visit walking distance. You need to take bus to visit mall or other places. Bus came rarely, people nearby are really rude. Different from the description. Very disappointed.

A world class hotel in the heart of New Istanbul. All queries expertly attended to and the hotel rooms were spotless and the location is ideal with some of the most breathtaking views of the Bosporous and Istanbul. Went to the roof top for refreshment and managed to really enjoy the holiday to the full. The hotel deserves its five star rating.😊

The view from the hotel room is very good (deluxe room with sea view). The pool, sauna and steam room were nice. Although the 212 restaurant on the roof floor was a bit expensive, it was close to perfect in terms of atmosphere, view, service and food. On our last day, we had dinner at the lobby bar, it was also very successful, the service was also very good, especially many thanks to Ms. Sinem, for her friendliness and professionalism. We will use the same hotel again on our next visit, we were really pleased.

The view from the room is good, but the location is too far away, surrounded by construction sites, and the bathrooms are full of big bottles of shampoo. When I washed my hair, I found out that there was no shampoo. I waited 20 minutes for the shampoo to arrive with wet hair, and the breakfast was too not very tasty The service attitude of the doorman and the front desk is good, but overall it is not recommended

The service attitude of the hotel is very poor. They broke into the room without knocking on the door, and deducted a large amount of deposit without explaining the situation. It is still being traced back. Marriott does not cooperate with the investigation. Spicy Chicken Hotel
