Great stay at Taj Vivanta, the staffs are extremely polite and hospitable, special mention Mona, rishika, nupur , Sachin all made my stay extremely pleasant and memorable. The buffet is extremely nice and would definitely recommend all. Thank you team Vivanta, Navi Mumbai

In this case, the cuts and clarity being its location, food and of course the service that’s quintessentially The Taj. The hotel is in close proximity to Inorbit and Seawood malls as well as the newly opened Ikea Showroom.

Food is superb in taste n specially mr Shikhar staff and Dharm Sachin Sumesh Front desk service is very polite n honest staff.Whenever I entered in then my daughter started searching Shikhar so think how nice helped me in everything required. Thank you team vivanta

We started with the famous kashmiri kahwa which was soothing ***** with crushed almond. Then there was Dum Aloo, which is a dish of baby potatoes cooked in a rich and spicy gravy. Another famous dish is Kashmiri Pulao, a fragrant rice dish cooked with saffron, nuts, and dried fruits. And let's not forget about Kebabs, which are succulent and aromatic grilled spinach fritters. Trust me, you'll be in for a treat with these dishes! 😋🍽️ Tamatar Cha*** Paneer was delightful it has a spiky taste of spices with gravy which tasted yummy with pulao. Mujj chetin was mooli(radish) raita which was well made with fresh green chilli and thick yogurt. I also relinquished the havan dal which was aromatic yet tasty at the same time. Kashmiri Mitha Pulao was a sweet and aromatic rice dish that is popular in Kashmiri cuisine. The pulao is made with fragrant basmati rice cooked in ghee (clarified butter) and flavored with a blend of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and saffron. What makes it unique is the addition of dried fruits like raisins, cashews, and almonds, as well as a touch of sweetness from sugar or honey. The combination of the spices, dried fruits, and sweetness creates a delightful balance of flavors. Shufta🧉 Kashmiri Shufta is a delectable dessert that is popular in Kashmiri cuisine. It is made with a combination of dry fruits like almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins. The dry fruits are coated in a sweet syrup made from dates, saffron, and cardamom. Kashmiri Shufta has a rich and nutty flavor, with the sweetness of the syrup complementing the crunchy texture of the dry fruits. Phirni🍲 The rich dessert was a treat to have after a heavy meal. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and tasted heavenly. Chef closely described how the vegetarian dishes dint have onion ,garlic in them. They also explained the slow and careful cooking process of each dish. Overall it's a unique once in a life's experience which you shouldn't miss.
