Good hotel, good service but slightly too crowded on weekend

This is not a holiday for anyone who is not capable of walking. All of the rooms involve needing to go upstairs or walk for a while and there's not very even-footing available for those that can't walk very far. Even just to get into the lobby or into the restaurant you need to be able to walk upstairs a lot. When you first arrive they do give you a quick rundown of all of the facilities available and they supply a map. Then someone will escort you to your room via golf cart. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are very quick but not particularly informative. The first time you walk in nobody explained how the buffet works. You should approach the staff and give them your punch card before you get food. The masseuse was excellent. This part of the resort actually has quite a few restaurants and shops and a pharmacy in the area which is different to a lot of the hotels in Khao lak, so that actually makes it much better than some other places where you would have to get a taxi into the town centre to see anything. The beach is beautiful and perfect for people that like to see little creatures as there are plenty of crabs around.

The staffs are nice and helpful. Best customer service here. The hotel is not an idea who want to surf but here have a surf machine ( pay extra) Massage with Pa'Tammm is the best. Many things need to mantain of hotel wants to keep customer who come with family such as the slide at the kid pool, fitness room and kid club. The restaurant less food option and don't order pizza here it is very disappointed :(. The room is good and comfortable.

Great hotel situated on a beautiful beach with great views from the pool. Good selections at breakfast. Great hotel for kids, good kids pool and kids club.

Good location to spending time at Khaolak, the staff have upgraded the room. I have a good experience here. Thank you

Room and the view sooooo worthy to pay

ห้องพักตรงปกมากคะ พนักงานน่ารัก แถมเปลี่ยนห้องดีลักซ์ให้เป็นแฟมิลี่ แถมโรงแรมอยุ่ใกล้น้ำตก ใกล้แพเปียก ใกล้แหล่งบันเทิง ดีครบ จบในที่เดียว คือ ว๊าววว มาก ลืมถ่ายในห้อง แต่ตรงปกทุกอย่าง คะ

ห้องพักกว้างดี ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากติดทะเล หาดส่วนตัว สระว่ายน้ำติดชายหาด วันแรกอาหาเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะ แต่วันที่ 2 อาหารเช้า ไม่ค่อยโอเคเท่าไหร่ พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริการดี จองมา 2 คืน ขอเตียงเดี่ยว 1 เตียง ได้เตี่ยว 2 เตียง อันนี้ไม่โอเค

ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าที่ควร เพราะยังมีทราย และขยะที่พื้นห้องบางส่วน หรืออาจจะมีลูกค้ามาพักเยอะในช่วงนี้  เลยทำให้พนักงานเร่งรีบในการทำความสะอาดห้อง  อาหารเช้า มีให้เลือกทานหลายอย่าง  แต่ในส่วนข้าวต้มไก่ มีกลิ่นไหม้ของข้าว ลองทานแล้ว ก็ทานไม่ได้เลย ส่วนสระน้ำ และเครื่องเล่น ลูกชายชอบมากๆ เพราะเหมาะแกการพาเด็กๆ และครอบครัวไปเล่นคะ โดยรวมถือว่า ใช้ได้คะ

家庭出行，帶了兩娃，定了3間房，這可能是目前帶娃出行遇到的最不友善的酒店 1⃣️一間房的吹風機是壞的，一間房的吹風機是衹能開着不能關，除非斷電； 2⃣️早餐趕上暴風雨，雖然服務員及時拉下了遮雨簾，但依舊沒有一張桌子可以不受影響，擺台上的水果因為罩子偏小也都是飛蟲，而且全是蜜蜂，打一杯橙汁掉一衹蜜蜂，都沒法好好用餐，所以想帶2個麪包走可以給小朋友吃，卻被服務員告知衹能坐着吃，帶走需付款500泰銖； 3⃣️關於房門鎖，沒有二重鏈條鎖，帶小娃的小朋友一定要注意，小朋友是可以自己解鎖開門並出門的！！ 4⃣️關於泳池的水上樂園，應該算成人池，滑梯下來的地方有1.5m深，小小孩需小心，因為有斷層。 5⃣️感覺酒店周圍都是緬甸和印度人，想喝杯泰奶都找不到攤位，餐廳不少，物價不算貴，走幾分鐘就可以上主路
