Ulasan Kawayu Kanko Hotel

The hotel is old and run down. The shell served for dinner was bad with bad smell. The water tap in the onsen was seriously rust by sulphur. Basically not worth the money when comparing with other onsen hotel of similar price.

My 2-day stay at Kawayu Kanko hotel was very pleasant. While the rooms may look tired, they are spacious and functional (I could do my taiqi exercise in my room!). 3 things I like most about the stay: the staff I interacted with, the onsen and the dinner. Ms Yuka at the front desk spoke perfect English and she gave me the most useful ideas about where to eat and where to go. Thanks to her, I got to learn about the Teshikaga Eco-Passport and got to visit Lake Kussharo (Sunayu area), Lake Mashu and Mt Io by bus, all in one day. Her boss, Mr Nakajima was a very friendly gentleman. Language did not deter him as he patiently gave me a lesson (using his phone translator) about the geographics and the creation of the Kawayu Onsen area. Secondly, the onsen was great. The temperature was just right for me and the mineral refreshed my body instantly. I was told the hot spring water in the hotel came directly from a source that is only a few kilometers away. Lastly, the kaiseki dinner was great. The spread was generous. On a freezing winter day, the 2 personal hotpots greatly filled up and warmed my body. I will definitely return to the hotel.

Best onsen water.

温泉非常好，一到酒店就是滿滿的硫磺味！酒店歷史久，很老舊，榻榻米會掉很多碎碎。住了兩晚，用了一天餐飲，覺得還挺好的。周圍風景好，遊玩當天天氣很好，硫磺山、屈斜路湖、釧路川獨木舟、摩周湖，本次行程最美風景，比沒流冰的知床、暴雪的知床好看好玩很多。

酒店的温泉應該是泉眼出來第一家，有很多泡日歸的客人，不過這個酒店畢竟建造時間太久了，何處都顯得陳舊，早餐和晚餐也還行，前台兩個老爺爺也很努力的用英語在溝通，整體體驗還不錯

早餐還挺豐富的。房間有點舊了。衞生還可以。比較安靜。晚餐比較簡單了，應該也是一個降本的日本温泉酒店。

建物が少し古いので仕方無いのかも知れませんが 隣の部屋の会話や物音が聞こえてきて あまり落ち着けなかったです。 朝食は、種類が多く 味も美味しかったです。

性價比最高，馬路對面就是JR站和BUS車站，交通便利，早餐自助1100性價比好。有免費咖啡，晚上還有茶泡飯免費，公共浴室泡湯也很乾凈舒服。強力推薦！

リピーターです。温泉が最高に良い 北海道で1番だと思う。 露天風呂で一緒になった方も東京からでリピーターでした。 ご飯も美味しかったです。

部屋のタバコの匂いが気になった。 お風呂は、年期が、感じられた、そろそろ改修をする必要の、時期と思いました。

環境：冬天來的話雪景不錯，衹是川湯這個地方附近開的餐館較少 設施：有露天温泉，非常舒適 服務：前台小姐姐英文流利，態度親切服務到位

初めて宿泊しましたが、温泉が最高級によかったです！ツルツルスベスベになり文句なしのお風呂でした。私達夫婦のお気に入りです。 お部屋は古い感じで畳の所々が若干沈んでしまうところもあり。けど綺麗に掃除はされていてよかったです。食事は朝のみオプションでつけました。1人2000円。おかずの種類はあまり多くなかったですが、ご飯のお供は色々な種類があり旦那さんはご飯を3杯食べてました笑

ห้องกว้างมาก แบ่งเป็นห้องนั่งเล่นและห้องนอน ออนเซ็นมี 4 บ่อ ระดับความร้อนแตกต่างกัน

家庭房，很大，很乾凈，很温馨，和孩子們一起地鋪很開心。但總覺得有股煙味，東翼房間無空調……不恆温無法入睡星人崩潰…… 酒店自帶大湯泉，室內的，浴衣很漂亮，泡湯很舒服。酒店周圍有幾家好吃的當地小餐館，相當本地，衹接受現金，但是推薦的蓋飯巨好吃。
