"Great location very near the Torico fountain. The hotel has onsite underground parking via a car lift which was easy to use. The rooms are clean very comfortable and the onsite restaurant serves very good food. Both the steak and roasted goat leg were exceptional. A true highlight of this hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help. We arrived with a faulty electric wheelchair that had a broken cable. The staff got their onsite electrician to repair this without hesitation and we are eternally grateful. If in Teruel stay here. Keep up the great work."

"In a slightly decentralised area compared to the heart of Teruel, this hotel offers spacious rooms with private bathroom (the presence of bidet is good and right) and kitchen. The structure has some time and the room cleaning service is not daily, but the number of towels and bathroom equipment allows you to have the right number of spare parts. The breakfast is surprisingly different, although mainly consisting of cold dishes. Non-extreme prices, with a price of €120 per night for the first week of May."

"Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!. The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025."

"Parador located right off the main road. We requested a room with a balcony, but there was no table or chairs. No one was present at the bar, and there was no terrace or any corner outside where you could sit. The swimming pool is located on enclosed grounds separately next to the building. It was clean, though; no shower, and a very shallow bath with a sprayer. The breakfast is very good, with hot dishes on request that are brought to the table. Friendly service. We did not find it to be an atmospheric parador."
