Lovely hotel, clean and comfy room, tasty breakfast. The staff is very helpful

One of the best hotels in terms of location and service. I was very satisfied with this hotel, its staff, food, location and service. There is a Namakdon restaurant in the hotel itself, which was very beautiful and the food was excellent. The hotel is attached to Laleh Park and opposite the shopping center, there are restaurants, confectionery, etc. Excellent in every way... the price was cheaper than most places.

People haven't left yet, but they are anxious to pay for hotel meals and dry cleaning.

It's OK, but a bit old

1) For the hotel's wireless network, after the screen of the mobile phone is turned off, you have to re-enter the account password, which is good for those who need to exercise patience 2) The curtains are not drawn tightly, and the same is true when you change rooms. There is a hole under the bedside cabinet. I don’t know why. 3) The shower in the bathroom is a little bit out of focus 4) There is no quilt in winter, blankets are enough 5) After staying for a week, every morning at 9 o'clock, I would knock on the door of each room on time. For some reason, I woke up and went to open the door, but no one was there. 6) The rental car that the hotel shouted was about 3-4 times the price of the Sannap outside. I tried it once, but I didn’t continue to sit. 7) The breakfast is very rich and the service is in place. 8) The park next to the hotel is very comfortable. I hope the hotel can improve its services and facilities, and I will stay again next time. By the way, this is the place where Yu Qiuyu stayed overnight when he wrote "A Thousand Years of Sigh" in Iran.

Not a bad experience

The location is good, the service attitude of the men at the front desk is average

Hotel location is nice but very old friends. People do some remodeling.

The room is old,worn and dirty,even the dirt of the lobby chairs is very visible,the internal manager, Mr. Qanadzadeh, is very irresponsible and indebted,the reception is mostly bad manners and rude. Literally everything was awful. I do not recommend it to anyone, it is not an international five-star hotel, it is a motel at the lowest level.

It is better to call this place a motel! Not hotel. Even though I saw much cleaner and nicer motels than this place. It seemed no maintenance has done, not proper cleaning! For sure, I never come back to this called place”International Hotel”.

The hotel was very bad and dirty. I wonder why this place is called a hotel. It is more like a guest house. There was no towel for the bathroom, the light in the rooms was very low and the TV was out of service. All the faucets were broken and there was no ventilation system

Where to start. I was switched from room to room 3 times. So you can imagine how quickly that ruined that date. Understandably I then asked for a refund for such terrible service and was refused. I’m including the photo. the rooms are in poor condition and everything is very dirty. The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily.

Very bad experience. Their rates are different according to your country of origin. I was given a price and when I showed my French passport, I was told that it would be 10€ more per night. There is a huge gap between their reception hall and their rooms which are just depressing. Look at the pictures by yourself. The staff at the reception were also disagreeable & stubborn! Of course, I will never ever put foot there again!
