Ulasan Hotel Aqua Liberty

I was in Aqua Liberty Hotel from 19 - 22 of June in and we mostly like the location of the hotel. Staff were helpful. we were near to old Tbilisi, we visited the Galeria Mall which was near to Hotel, unfortunately, in this season Tbilisi was a bit cold and we forget to bring warm clothes.

This hotel is located on great spot in the city centre. All nice is said by that. Everything is outdated. The carpets are covered with stains. Windowless small rooms. Our hotelphone rung at 2.30 in the morning, nobody answered. We called reception straight away, they denied it happened?! There was a wrong name projected on the tv screen as a welcome. It is expensive compared to surrounding hotels. The management denies complaints and is arrogant.

great experience in aqua Hotel staff were very nice and location in city center is perfect rooms were clean and turkish restaurant making halal food that is very delicious and important for me . my room was deluxe double room with city view and French balcony that has good view to Freedom square. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back on march

My stay at the Aqua Liberty Hotel was absolutely delightful! One of the best things about this hotel is its prime location – everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Freedom Square, especially during Christmas, transforms into a magical wonderland with spectacular scenery at night, adding a festive charm to the experience. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the receptionist, who is always ready to assist, to the housekeepers and the bartender, everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious, adding to the overall comfort and satisfaction of my stay. A special thank you to Mr. Poorah for ensuring my stay was nothing short of amazing. Aqua Liberty Hotel has set a high standard for hospitality, and I would love to return! Highly recommended!

The location was great very easy to explore the city I stayed for 4 nights and the staff was very nice and always available I will definitely recommend this hotel if your planning a trip to georgia the price was also very affordable and the rooms were comfortable.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The location is excellent. I stayed in the room without a window but the fake window is recreated and I found that interesting. I checked in at 12 and my room was already ready. The stuff is really nice. In the restaurant they prepared for me a turkish coffee since I don’t like the one that was served.

I suggest Aqua Liberty Hotel to everyone I was there two days ago, and Also was my second travel to this hotel, the location is perfect, staff are polite, clean rooms and helpful receptionist, in the second day we make a request to changing our rooms, from without window room into with window room, they accept our request and they changed our room. Thank you for receptionist specially Mr. Puria and Giorgi they gave us city map guidance to how excursion in Tbilisi.

I reserved without window room in Aqua Liberty Hotel, at first the reception gave me small room without window room and I was angry of that, but Hopefully the receptionist was help and when I’m requested for changing my room, they changed me into bigger room., also I liked the location it was perfect 🤩

The place is good, and the staff were helpful specially thank you for Mr. Giorgi. I was in Aqua Fredom Hotel on 27- 30 September with my wife and we had a chance to see the old tbilisi, Liberty Square and go to Georgian restaurants which were near to us.

A very nice hotel, the staff is excellent and meets your requests. The hotel's location is very nice in the middle of the center. Security is available in this hotel and the prices are very reasonable due to the hotel's location. I like this hotel ,, thank you for all

“I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location offers stunning views that made the entire visit even more special. The drinks were top-notch, and I highly recommend trying their selection. To top it all off, the massage service was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind. I can’t wait to come back!

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room , fantastic location . Mattress was too hard for my liking the first night, I just told the chambermaid and she asked me to notify reception so they would send her the message to add a soft extra padding which they did and it made a big difference. Contact with the hotel before the stay was easy and they were courteous at every stage. Be sure your room has windows, they are clear about some rooms not having windows (cheaper rooms). Our window had a super view of the main road and when closed, you could hardly hear the street noise, quite amazing! Finally, we strongly recommend the superior rooms with massage chair, that was a real treat after walking our feet off! This is the same hotel as Aqua Liberty, I have seen bad reviews for Aqua LIberty and am glad I ignored them.

My experience in Tbilisi and this hotel was excellent. The hotel's services were first-class and top-notch. The café in the hotel was great and of high quality. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the location of the hotel was also fantastic. I'm really grateful for the excellent services of this hotel, and I will definitely recommend this amazing hotel to others.

Tried their restaurant. Terrible food and terrible service. The waiters are rude if given any feedback about food. The dish was horrible. They can’t even cook Turkish food which is their speciality. The only thing they care about is money.
