The hotel located at halfway up the hill, about 25 min walk from Liberty Square. However, the hotel room is spacious and the hotel owner is kind and helpful. Also 2 supermarkets near the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to those who don’t mind to walk the distance. Good 👍

The Hotel Diplomat was what I needed: an inexpensive hotel for a week in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful. Please note that the hotel is on the top of a hill. Mini-buses run regularly to the hotel, but be sure to figure out the number of the buses and where they stop, as walking up the hill is difficult.

I stayed one night on a business trip. Check in took less than a minute and check out was even quicker! I handed the key and he wished me a good day, DONE! Air conditioning worked properly and bed sheets were clean. the room was so quiet with high sleep quality. I'd like to thank Ms. Natali for her professional guidance on the city and were to dine.

I would like to say a big thanks to Nato (manager) and Tariel (hotel owner)! Very hospitable and decent people. We arrived late at night and were seated quickly. Breakfast is excellent, the rooms are spacious and get cleaned every day. They will help you with any question! ❤️

С сервисом очень плохо, открыли дверь с вопросом что надо, в 6 утра заселить не смогли, сказали надо было в 2 приезжать. После этого он собрался и ушёл гулять с собакой. Мужичек лет 65, кто вообще додумался его на ресепшн ставить. На обратном пути врезался в кресло в холле, может пьяный, не понял. В последствии оказалось, что он просто сам по себе решил, что мы не готовы доплатить за сутки. Все очень дешевое, уже дышит наладом, питьевой воды нет.
