Clean , modern hotel . Rooms are relatively spacious, pool sauna and gym are very good. One of the best city hotels I've stayed in.

酒店頂樓餐廳景色絕佳，可以看到聖三一大教堂，早餐很豐富。酒店比較新，周圍餐館也比較多。性價比高。

Отель хороший, но есть большие вопросы по сервису. За 3 дня пребывания убрались только 1 раз и то потому что мы сами попросили. Номер дали какой-то угловой вообще без вида (мне не критично, но многим такое не понравилось бы).

除價格太貴外，沒什麼問題。酒店還是不錯的，服務態度非常好。附近的一家杭州麪館千萬不要去，如果實在想吃中餐，務必問清楚套餐是否包括飲料或湯，結賬時看明細。我們結賬時老闆睜眼説瞎話，説套餐不包括湯或飲料，還在餐費裏做手腳，把單價提高，再加10%的税，簡直是家黑店。
