Sarapan hotel yang enak, tidak di dalam hotel tetapi di sebelah di kedai kopi.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan terdapat banyak tempat makan dan minum di area tersebut, dan juga dekat dengan stasiun kereta api.

Semuanya baik-baik saja, tetapi kolong tempat tidurnya agak kotor dan masih ada barang-barang milik pelancong sebelumnya.

Saya suka hotel ini, bersih tapi agak kecil tapi semuanya pas jadi tidak masalah

Pelayanan buruk. Lokasi bagus. Kamar cukup kecil. Tidak akan mempertimbangkan hotel ini.

Our second time staying in this hotel because of its very convenient location. Everything is alright but the fridge is not working. And the washroom is a bit small.

I recently stayed at Koko Hotels and had a mixed experience. The staff were very nice and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant. The location is convenient, just about 5 minutes from Teijin Station. However, I found the sheets to be a bit dirty, which was disappointing. Also, the air conditioning vent was directly above my head, making it uncomfortable. Even with the temperature set to 25 degrees, it felt like I was in a snow room. Overall, while the staff and location were great, there are some areas for improvement.

Location was perfect. But no bottled water and only 1 washing machine. Had to walk far for one.

Best location! Perfect for anyone who loves shopping. It’s close to the station and Don Quijote.

Location for transportation link is great. close to nanakuma train line and tenjin bus station. there is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel. but a bit far to walk to airport train line. Lots of eateries in radius 400 meters. Donki also just 2 blocks away. Mandarake is about 800 meters, but still walking distance. The hotel room is quite spacious with comfy bed. Fast hot water in shower. The minus is the pijama/bathrobe they provide is really small ! Even my wife who usually wear S size clothes say this pijama is a bit tight. for males, i cant even button it. This never been a problem in many other hotels we ever stayed at in japan. When we asked the receptionist to change for bigger ones, they said they only have this one size for everyone. LOL Another minus, the housekeeping never clean the mug, glasses, and change coasters during room clean-up. We only requested room clean-up every 2 days during our 5 nights stay. other than that, we were happy at Koko Hotel Tenjin

Locations very good with lots of eateries & shopping malls. Front desks all staff were not friendly & not polite compared to other hotels, the staff were pretty biased towards foreigners compared to Japanese guests. This was the first time I complained about staff in Japan.
