We were in this hotel for the first time last year in March. this year we decided to come here again in April. Children are very satisfied with the children's club. All the staff of the children's club are very friendly and smiling. All staff kitchen, bars, reception,housekeeping, everyone who works on the beach and near the pools,drivers ready to help with any questions. very kind and nice people work here. the rooms are always clean and tidy every day. we were pleased to meet people we know from last year and also to meet many new people who work here now. there is very tasty food and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Only thing that disappointed us is that the animators who currently work in this hotel are not visible at all and they do not contact the guests at all. Last year, a completely different team of animators worked, he was the best people, they were great. It's a pity that everything has changed this year. All entertainment during the day and in the evening depends on the animators. now it is very noticeable that the animators are not interested in their work and have no contact with the guests, they are invisible among the hotel guests. also one of the disadvantages of this hotel is the water park, it is very cold, it is impossible to stay there with small children, I think the hotel should work on this.

Awful experience in their cafe. We ordered coffee and cake. Coffee was tasteless and not drinkable. I could not drink it. But this is fine. These things happen but then they charged us 18% more than we were supposed to pay. I obviously leave tips but this had nothing to do with tips. They claimed that this is VAT. It not common in Georgia not to have final prices on the menu. Pure cheating. Good that we have not stayed there for a meal.

1. Perfect location - I enjoyed staying at this place, as it is situated just in the center of the city - next to famous Shardeni street, about 5-10 mins walk from Freedom Square. And there are several restaurant with live music just under the hotel. 2. Friendly stuff - a lovely family running the hotel! 3. Cute hotel with a perfect view on the city, comfortable and clean room. WiFi working good! Good breakfast! Overall - for this cheap price its a perfect choice, especially for solo travelers.

Kesinlikle uzak durulması gereken , resimlerde gördüğünüzle alakası olmayan bir otel. Lokasyon merkezi ama etrafı çok tenha. Bize zorla verdikleri oda resmen sokağın ortasındaydı. Pencerenin önüne geçe sarhoş ve tekinsiz tipler geldi, çok tedirgin olduk. İki ayrı binası varmış otelin, ikisinde de girişte kimse yok, hiç bir görevliye ulaşamıyorsunuz. Bize sessiz diye verdiği odanın dibinden araçlar geçti durdu sürekli. Hem ışık hem sesten asla uyuyamadık. Giriş kapısını biraz itince herkes girebiliyordu, çok güvensiz bir otel.

Шикарное расположение ( на пешеходной улице , в 3-х мин ходьбы от театра марионеток со знаменитыми часами), в 10 мин от моста Мира. По вечерам прям возле отеля играют на фортепиано , очень душевненько. Номер чистый , есть чайник, холодильник.Единственный минус это отсутствие шкафа. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Завтрак стандартный , все вкусно. В общем все понравилось, отель рекомендую.

Хороший небольшой отель в центре Старого Тбилиси в историческом здании. Приветливые владельцы, неплохой, хоть и очень маленький номер. Жили на первом этаже, было шумно с улицы. Завтрак включен в стоимость, выбор небольшой, но перекусить достаточно. У отеля нет своей парковки. Останавливались у бара-ресторана и платили охраннику за присмотр.
