위치 괜찮고 뷰 좋았습니다. 깨끗했어요. 다만, 수압이 조금 약하고 샤워기가 고정되어있어요. 주차도 편하게 잘 했습니다.

This hotel stay lived up to the reviews I had read before booking. Managers were super friendly and took time to talk to us about what was happening in the area. Room was immaculate and with a stunning view of the lake. Even though the position was right on the road, the rooms were well insulated and we were surprised that we didn't hear a single car. Hot pools and coffee/icecream cart was right across the road. Would definitely stay here again

Two couples stayed in a two bedroom 2 bathroom ( en-suites ) apartment. On arrival we were greeted by the manager who was extremely friendly. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment along with the kitchen facilities that were top notch. The apartment had a spacious open plan living, dinning & kitchen. The apartment was warm and inviting. A nice walk along the lakefront into town is easy, 20 mins or so. We all complimented the manager and would not hesitate to return.

The receptionist was very rude. He charged us $30 extra since our son wasn't in the booking but did not provide a bed either. We had to adjust - only thing that changed was the bill. Also no check-out reminders but was a dick when we checked out a bit later. Said "You had a bit of a bonus, mate!?" -- yes sir great bonus staying at your place. Get a great 1 star review bonus for you.

Lakeside motel with good views and value. The motel is easily accessible off the lakeshore road and most rooms look out over the lake. The owner at checkin was friendly and welcoming, even spotting that the milk carton she was about to give us was out of date and offering a jug of milk from their own kitchen! The rooms were well laid out with an equipped kitchenette with everything you’d need. Sometimes with motels they can look run down and tired, but with this one you could see the owners were putting effort into trying to fix things and keep it maintained

So, this place is awesome 🤩, walked into an apartment on the ground floor with a view of the lake was beautiful. It was cosy and inviting. Had everything we needed. Wifi was abit dodgy though, the bed was very comfortable, pillows, bedding so warm, bathroom with underfloor heating 😊 great. I would recommend this place to anyone who just needs a place to stay and relax after the hectic life they lead. So glad we made this choice.☺️

What a lovely choice. Fabulous host Arthur put us in a lake view spa studio. Great room. Kitchenette even had salt and pepper. Super clean and modern. Nice uncluttered decor. Comfy bed. It is a little cold here in Taupō but the unit was toasty warm with the heat pump. Even electric blankets which is a great bonus. The bathroom spa was wonderful after a long drive. Plenty of hot water left for showers too. Lots of towels, bath salts, Car park is tucked away from the road so felt secure. Nice quiet end of town. Arthur directed us to Vine restaurant for dinner… perfect. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

We had booked a lake view room so our view is very picture perfect. The room is very clean and I would say it is catered for the winter stay ( with heater in the living area, heated towel rail and electric blanket in bed ) to keep us warm. We walked to the town center and took us about 15 minutes so it is very convenient to get to all the restaurants. It also has SKY TV so good selection of channel options ( including Sports channels ). We had a very good meal at Mole and Chicken which is a walking distance from this motel ( about 10 minutes walk ). Kitchenwares are well equipped for a party of 4. Slept well and overall a comfortable stay.
