Preferensi saya untuk hotel adalah yang seperti rumah. Bukankah lebih menyenangkan jika staf hotel memperlakukan tamu mereka seperti keluarga? Mereka kurang memperhatikan aspek ini, tetapi pujian untuk semua staf yang telah berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk membuat kami merasa nyaman selama menginap. Kami semua menyukai kolam renang, terutama yang dipanaskan. Saya hanya berpikir mereka terlalu ketat dalam mengenakan topi renang, bahkan jika Anda hanya berendam atau bersantai di kolam renang yang dipanaskan. Saya benar-benar mengerti jika itu adalah berenang, tetapi ya itu peraturan rumah, saya rasa itu terlalu berlebihan. Sarapannya enak!

This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

Room not upgraded as per trip.com free member upgrade. Air conditioning does not cool. No help with luggage. Do not recommend.

Nice hotel, However the Room Service Menu which was supposed to have western items did not. On asking the question why was told that the restaurant was Chinese and was unable to produce any simple Western dishes. Hotel employees were all very helpful.
