I seriously have no complaints on it. highly recommended. however the pricing is on the steeper side vs the usual local hotels but for the conveniences i think its ok to splurge and enjoy once in awhile given what is provided. excellent location, great service. room is big and clean with no major issues. Keep up the good job

Great location (close to the metro and plenty of food and shopping options around). Facebook and Google is accessible via the hotel WiFi. Main drawback is the smoking area is right outside the hotel’s main entrance which means you need to walk by a bunch of smokers every time you enter/leave.

Wonderful location. The lobby is a bit outdated in style and the buffet breakfast is extremely expensive for what it's worth. But overall still a good experience given the friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and gym.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view of the city skyline from the window was breathtaking. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tianhe District, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Being connected to a large shopping mall and near the metro station made getting around effortless. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had an impressive selection catering to both local and international tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing outdoor pool. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the hotel a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury, convenience, and exceptional service to create a truly memorable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Guangzhou!

First time in Guangzhou and stayed in one of the best hotel. Loved the location, service, cleanliness and space in this hotel. Surrounded with plenty of food, malls and was right above a metro station. Gooding to the Guangzhou Dong HSR is super convenient which is only 3 stations away. Will return to this hotel if going Guangzhou again.
