Check in was not easy and can be more friendly , seems like you shouldn’t book through other agent rather than their official platform. You will not entitle any benefit with your Status level. Breakfast was lousy at the lounge, food wasn’t fresh, its more for display then consumption, 2 out of 4 days get upset stomach. Snack in happy hour also very low quality, I would say the worst lounge I ever been. One good thing, staff at lounge are friendly and nice. Rooms quality ok, spaces and clean, but the old small sofa with dated marks and dirty. Also be aware the shower water, temperature keeps changing and I almost get burnt, when my wife was flush the toilet, it shouldn’t happen in a five star hotel.

Near to metro line. However I felt that the amenities in the room were minimal, there were no tooth brushes, towels were not changed although we placed it in the tub

房間很大，衞生還可以。浴巾不太乾淨。沒人幫忙拿行李，但服務還可以。入住的兩天餐廳在裝修，我房間總能聽到噪音，酒店每天都會送我點東西。第一天送了果盤，第二天送了蛋糕。

蜜月自由行 第一站維也納，選的地方挺方便的，出門右轉就是電軌車站，從機場出來有到附近的大巴。前台很有好，給了旅行冊介紹，還主動問我們是否需要幫忙送行李。

酒店本身不錯，客房服務真垃圾，第一天要冰塊，等了很久沒有來，打電話催了一次，一晚上也沒有送來，不能理解。第二天又要冰塊，第一次沒有送來，催了一次終於送來了，送個冰塊很難嗎
