We had a delightful stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and cosy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Situated conveniently close to the bustling high street and within walking distance of numerous attractions, the hotel's location couldn't have been better. The friendly staff and charming atmosphere added to the overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area

Hotel is lovely when you arrive but rooms tatty and need updating. Bathroom okay but worn, rust around plug and bath. Breakfast finished by 9.30 so didn’t get a chance to try it. Paid £75 which was fine as came for Christmas market so great location but wouldn’t want to pay more as not worth it

The staff were all first class, polite, well trained and helpful. A total change to other hotels we have tried in the City. Hugely recommended if you like to be cared for and looked after brilliantly.

The hotel is located near the Winchester Cathedral, close to High street, with charming views and quiet.

最臟的美居酒店，沒有之一---這個美居的酒店位置很好，裏面的設施陳舊就不再糾結，衹能接受。可是裏面的衞生打掃太差，完全不匹配4星⭐酒店。第一個房間入住，床被用過，椅子也被移位，還有一張房卡卡套留在房間。酒店立刻幫我換了房間。接下來，準備去洗澡，發現衞生間有用過的毛巾，於是投訴，他們賠禮道歉。然後，準備淋浴，結果發現浴缸裏全是各種頭髮，完全沒有打掃乾淨。接着攜程全程跟進，攜程確實服務非常好，即使在半夜也在幫我處理。實在不相信酒店的衞生，也不再折騰，於是和衣而睡。第二天早上，打開垃圾桶，結果發現垃圾桶都沒清理。這是我住過的最差國際連鎖酒店!強烈要求美居應該摘牌。

Very poor maintenance workmen not supervised properly. Standard of repair work poor. Windows gaping and not replaced. Stains on bed linen, beds not made up properly. Impossible to access soap if in bath! Decided that to try Restaurant perhaps was not a wise move!

Great hotel find, lovely view of Winchester cathedral. Comfy and clean. Could do with a lick of paint and new carpets in areas but couldn't fault. I would stay again and for the price was a bargain.

The receptionist was rude and gave no information. The room had cobwebs and the bathroom was awful. The tiles and sealant we covered in mould as were the taps and the toilet was not clean. There was a box of tissues with only 1 tissue in it. The bar was very expensive but the bar man was very friendly

Room was dated. Lighting was poor. No plugs next to the bed. The TV initially didn't work when we arrived and had to ask for the connecting cables. The room was cold as it had no central heating or air conditioning. The bathroom was that clean, the shower head was covered in limescale and the floor had a broken tile.

The mercure group should spend some cash here. This hotel is beyond tired. The room was dusty, dingy, stale, dirty. The bathroom patched up with dried paint spilled all over the bath tub, dusty and rusty radiators and taps, stained grouting. Our room was in what must be an extension of the original building and therefore over the top of the carpark, accessed by a rabbit warren of corridors. Parking in Winchester is horrid but the hotel car park leaves a lot to be desired. I was forced to use on street and private parking nearby to the tune of £17 a day. I would not stay here again, no matter how cheap the room rates are, very unpleasant.
