Ulasan Orion Hotel

My room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light. I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

It was a new and clean hotel. The location was not that far from the city center. Most of the time we used taxis. I liked this hotel .

My friends and I stayed at Orion Hotel on July 13-15, 2024. We appreciated the staff for letting my friend checked in early and left her other stuff in the hotel while we’re traveling to another cities in Uzbekistan.

Only the beds are not comfortable need to change new one

The hotel is nice, but the location is not ideal. It is in the village, not on the main road, and you have to turn left and right to find it. The clerk is nice, speaks English, and is quite patient. The breakfast is simple, and the richness is so-so, with bread, snacks, fruits, oatmeal, and self-service water and coffee. You have to walk about a kilometer to eat outside, so it is better to choose breakfast (about 25 RMB/portion more expensive than not having breakfast) - be kind to your stomach. The bathroom has a little smell, but it is barely OK - not too serious. The strange thing is that "two bottles of free mineral water are provided on the first day of stay, but not afterwards." Could it be "welcome mineral water"? Bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes are also "welcome" style, and they are not replenished every day. I don't know if you can ask for them after they are used up. I like saving and environmental protection, but I may not be very happy if there are inconveniences. too narrow beds, not easy to be found.

Young, responsive staff! They clean and change amenities every day, although they said once every three days! Healthy breakfast!

The room is average, nothing special. It's on a high floor and very quiet. The hotel is close to the airport. Breakfast is served in a chic little courtyard, one portion per person, and it's hearty.
