非常垃圾的一個酒店..衞生間都是**..服務員態度非常惡劣..退房都不讓在大廳待一下...待的話會拿棍子過來趕客人

Hotel Céntrico pero instalaciones poco modernas, conservan estilo antiguo y no han tenido mejoras recientes, el desayuno buffet muy bueno, elevador y facilidad para movilización de personas.

總體來説還可以，這個酒店各個方面。

還不錯，位置特別好，中規中矩的。湊合一晚還是可以接受的。畢竟小城市嘛。附近街區相對安全，治安不錯。還是可以推薦的

Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!! The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping. Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.

To much noisy, we stay atvthe first floor, but the disco was under Us, the property is a little old

This hotel has great location in Tapachula. I stayed for 10 days and feel safe and comfortable. Carmen our housekeeper was excellent always very nice and caring. The front desk staff very accurate. I will come back.

Hotel provides the basic but full needs in a simple way.

the hotel was so bad, no towels in the room, it was hair in the beds, our room has a leak in the bathroom and the water came out. bad service at all, the breakfast was tasteless and we are very disappointed because we now this hotel for years and now is like that. And also the lift was broken and no one of the staff help us with our bags, so we need to carry everything from the first floor to the third

Terrible lobby staff for checking in. Room is fine, but everything is old and worn out and it shows. Even though everything works. Not worth the $1250MXN they charge. Barely worth the discounted $1000something I paid.

They have horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Room was not clean at all. Very disappointed.
