They dont provide cleaning service. Also there is very bad smell in the room. Provided bed was very bad quality the metres was up and down it was very very bad experience in that hotel.

Washing machine not working and in inter day room was not cleaned

Not bad for this price. Close to the bus station and not far away from MarkAntalya mall.

Very friendly staff and hospitable owner. Always clean and tidy. Not far from the city center and the beach.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My wife has suddenly had a back problem and we requested to leave early and asked for some compassion and some sort of refund as we were not staying the entire stay and had to fly back. And wow. ""Sorry the management said no"" no compassion and empathy here. The hotel is dirty and grimey and refused toilet rolls and what a dirty room and dirty hot tub. Avoid avoid.

The room smelled very bad, it was damp, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated everywhere, there was air conditioning for heating, but the smell of cigarette smoke was coming in, the hotel was no different from a hostel, they were taking everything they could, there was constant noise and fighting.

The declared room dimensions do not correspond to the actual ones. Everything is so cramped and narrow that there is nowhere to place 2 suitcases without walking and stumbling. Separately about wi-fi: it seems to be there, but it’s not there. The network drops every 2 minutes, the signal is weak and it’s easier to use mobile Internet, your nerves will be safer. The only plus is the location. That's where the positives end.

When I pressed him, he said that there was a room with bunk beds on the upper floor. I looked at the room, it was a small room with a 1/2 m square window, but I stated that I would change the room because it was on the upper floor and the toilet was more sterile, and this time they said there was a difference of 200₺. I had to accept it. It was the worst hotel experience of my life.
