Hotel perlu upgrade dari segi kebersihan dan kecantikan. Bilik air yang bocor. Air hujan rosak. Buffet sarapan pagi yang menyedihkan kerana saya datang habis walaupon waktu itu baru pukul 8.30 pagi. Tetapi semua staff hotel bagus.

Hotel near to the beach. There will be pasar malam on the front street on sunday.

The floor is dusty. But enough to stay for a night just for a business trip. Parking is limited too. Once step in to the hotel there's a good smell coming out. Staff is nice too.

Great location, directly overlooking Pantai Puteri Melaka. The room could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, there are no photos available to spare you from being traumatized. I came here for a business trip, and my room wasn't the best. The floor and furniture were dusty, and I had to personally sanitize the whole room because I wasn't convinced of its cleanliness. The toilet was decent, but the sink was kind of clogged, so I was only able to use the shower and other amenities. There was no comb or toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The bed was comfortable, thankfully. I was skeptical that there might be bedbugs because I noticed a stain on the bedsheet, but it turned out to be all good. I had a comfortable rest for the night, except for the loud noise from the fridge. The location was great, easy to park and near the entrance. The staff were really friendly, so that's a plus point.

Everything is okay. Just need more cleaning the washroom in future.

Third time staying at this hotel due to it's location near to KGB jetty. Cleanliness need to be improved

I booked 2 rooms for 5 of my colleagues from 13 to 15 November 2022. They checked into the room only to find that the pillow were dirty and stained as were the pillow cases. The rooms looked uncleaned and there was clumps of hair on the floor. Curtains were torn and windows dirty, Walls were also stained. My colleagues had to check-out immediately because the rooms were not hygienically safe. Very disappointed. Not sure how legitimate the reviews for the hotel have been or maybe we were just very unlucky.
