Lokasi adalah yang terbaik. Di seberang pantai mungkin 50 meter. Check-in jam 3 sore tapi kamar belum siap sampai jam 15:30. Tidak masuk akal karena waktu check-in sudah terlambat. Ruangan itu baik-baik saja, dasar seperti yang diharapkan. Air kolam keruh dan saya tidak mengerti bagaimana orang masih berenang di sana. Ada baiknya memesan kamar untuk istirahat, sholat dan mandi setelah bermain di pantai.

The floor is dusty. But enough to stay for a night just for a business trip. Parking is limited too. Once step in to the hotel there's a good smell coming out. Staff is nice too.

Great location, directly overlooking Pantai Puteri Melaka. The room could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, there are no photos available to spare you from being traumatized. I came here for a business trip, and my room wasn't the best. The floor and furniture were dusty, and I had to personally sanitize the whole room because I wasn't convinced of its cleanliness. The toilet was decent, but the sink was kind of clogged, so I was only able to use the shower and other amenities. There was no comb or toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The bed was comfortable, thankfully. I was skeptical that there might be bedbugs because I noticed a stain on the bedsheet, but it turned out to be all good. I had a comfortable rest for the night, except for the loud noise from the fridge. The location was great, easy to park and near the entrance. The staff were really friendly, so that's a plus point.

Everything is okay. Just need more cleaning the washroom in future.

Third time staying at this hotel due to it's location near to KGB jetty. Cleanliness need to be improved
