They have good amenities. Nice location. They can improve by training the staff to smile, to clean professionally the rooms. The friendly and family atmosphere can still be improved. All else, it is still world class. Thanks for the week.

Great place for family.

새벽 출도착이라 잠깐 쉬다가려고 예약했어요. 그날 비가와서 그런지 약간 꿉꿉했고 건물이 오래되서그런지 문 여닫는데 힘이 좀 들어갔습니다. 그래도 가격대비 가성비있는호텔인것같구요 잠깐 쉬다가기에 괜찮은것같아요. 저녁에 와서 몰랐는데 아침에 일어나보니 바깥 풍경과 건물은 생각보다 멋졌습니다. 화장실이 2개있고 침대가 4개라 여러명 자기에는 괜찮은것같아요

海外旅行費が高騰する中、できるだけホテル費用を抑えるために、そしてリゾートホテルはちょっと飽きたなということで、選びました。 古さや地味さと、一方での広さと清潔さで、とんとんといった感じです。値段相応。悪い印象はありませんが、人に勧めるか？と言われれば、費用を抑えたいなら…という程度です。 とはいえ、スタッフの方々は皆さん朗らかで、気持ちよく対応して下さいました。

喜歡自己煮飯的人非常適合訂這間飯店！料理工具應有盡有很方便，雖然看起來內部不是那麼新，但整理來看價錢和品質是成正比的！

2019년에 이용했을떄 너무 괜찮았던 경험에 이번 2023년에 이용했으나 엄청더럽고 세면대가 물이 막혀있거나 웃장 문이 부숴져 있는다던가 해서 룸체인지를 하였으나 또 마찬가지였고 청소가 안되어있어서 부탁했더니 다다음날에 처리해주는등 컴플레인을 하니 적반하장으로 나와서 짜증나서 2일이나 남기고 얼리체크아웃했다.

整體滿意的 1 帶有簡單廚房 有平底煎鍋 ，類似奶鍋大小的煮東西的鍋。 夾子 刀 案板都有，洗碗的基本有。 叉子和勺子有。 注意 沒有餐刀。 2 有餐桌 冰箱 微波爐 電熱爐。可以買點油 牛肉 牛奶 水果這些自己做飯。沒有咖啡機 沒有吐司機。燒水用水壺在爐子上燒。 3 房間裏面有兩張雙人床 兩張單人床，比較適合一家6-7口人入住。 4 酒店有泳池和免費冰塊 在大堂附近 5 最近沙灘是馬路對面 皇冠假日的沙灘。

房間很寬敞，有四張床兩個衞生間，適合多人入住。出行購物也很方便，超市飯店都很近

不夠乾淨衞生

Pleasant stay overall! The place is a bit tired and outdated but it’s really not too bad. Front desk and housekeeping staff members are great! I had an issue with my room location and Ms. Deandra Flores truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Ms. Tracey also helped provide timely and professional customer service regarding a separate issue that occurred during the visit. The hotel is in a prime location, as it’s close proximity of a local gym, stores, restaurants, and multiple shopping stores (K-Mart is right up the hill). I would come back!

I requested a condominium type accommodation because I was traveling with my elderly parents. I wanted to keep costs down as I stayed for 6 nights. So this hotel was suitable for that. However, I was disappointed that there were not enough cooking utensils. The staff were very kind and pleasant. I would like to have a room facing the pool if possible. thank you.

No guidance except emergency exit in the room. Floor had not been wiped, so my foot got dirty as I walked in the room. No dish towel in the kitchin, though there were minimum dishes. No face towel, hand towel. There were only bath towels.

Great room! Great Price! 2 twin size bed and 1 king bed 2 bathrooms with dining table, tall fridge, kitchen if you want to cook, utensils, pot, pan, cups, toothbrush in case you didnt bring yours, and couch with tv and small patio. Staff was great service although we checked in at recommended time. Room wasnt ready until 2 hours later which ****** but they accommodated us with late check out. Also the tv remote wasnt working and we only had one aircon remote for both aircons. It was ok because the aircon remote worked for both ac units. We called front desk but service was slow to come check our tv remote and give us another ac remote so we just canceled our request to get one and just informed them of the situation so we dont get charged. Also the fridge didnt close good but still kept drinks cold. Besides that everything was great and we would stay here again! Thank you!
