朝食の種類が豊富でした。 スタッフもフレンドリー 唯一の欠点は半地下で景色が望めなかったこと。(これは安い部屋を選んだ自分のせい)

Unfortunately I was the one who didn’t read reviews before booking this hotel for my senior parents. It was awful experience for them. First of all - before making reservation I called their services several time and asked is the room that I am booking is not in first floor. They said - of course it will be 3th floor. Then I especially asked to pay before arrival, so my parents don’t need to worry about it. I made payment, but on reception the first question was - You will Pay cash or card… The room. OMG when parents called me by video call I was shocked - room was so tiny, and bathroom as well. My parents had barely place to move around. Instead of one double bed they got 2 single. Window - you don’t really have window, because you can’t even open it since beds are not allowing to get to it. Room was on first floor, very load all night. Please do not reserve this hotel. Price and communication, comfort doesn’t match at all.

Booked for mine and my friends annual Christmas market trip (Estonia as our destination this year) Everything about our stay was perfect! The location was ideal, 5 minute walk into the old town (10 mins if very snowy!) Around 20 minutes from the airport - we caught the number 2 directly outside the airport. Breakfast was great, the room was clean and well thought out with 2 single beds against the wall back to back which allowed a great view outside the windows! Free WiFi, helpful staff, luggage store etc. If we ever came back to Tallinn we would 100% stay again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

I stayed with my friend for four nights in this lovely hotel. We are really enjoed this charming place. Location is perfect because you can walk around the old Town, Estonian Maritime Museum near by, transportation just a short walk and 15 min walk to the port, just in case you want to visit Helsinki. Room was perfect, heated floor in bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, very delicious and big variety. Staff in the hotel very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you for our perfect time.

Great hotel perfect location just a few flaws no water or tea coffee facilities in the room single bed very small not suitable for a tall person but everything else was perfect.greatlocation for seeing the tallin . Great massage chair to relax in

Good price, nice location but very small rooms. We asked to be moved from the 4th floor because of the prohibitive ceiling height. Bed and pillow very average. Staff variable, some friendly and helpful, others not so much. If it's a short stay to look at the Old Town it's a pretty good choice. I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

This hotel offers a wonderful experience! The rooms are immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. The lighting is exceptional, the shower is strong and hot. Breakfast was included for the price--with plenty of choices including fresh fruit and vegetables. Location in the walls of the Old Town make it particularly memorable. Close to famous churches and town square. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Tallinn! -Laurel

Small room but functional and pleasant to stay. Heated floor in the shower is a big bonus. Street view but still quiet. Very convenient location for my purposes - 5 minutes walk to work, also close to tram stop with straight connection to bus station and train station. WIFI was quick and the TV had sufficient channels. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, good coffee. Friendly staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Many thanks!
