Restaurant service not great

Was brilliant All the members were so lovely and helpful to us. Definitely will revisit this lovely place again.

Had a great stay at the resort. All the staff were kind and friendly and the service was excellent. Enjoyed the show and performance offered during dinner. Transfer and transport services were provided as requested. Food was not bad, but I hope that there could be more variety in the future. One drawback was the presence of mosquitoes and lizards at times in the room (might be due to the rainy weather and tropical environment setting). Overall accomodation and experience at resort was good.

Totally and utterly amazing…..one of our favourite stays anywhere in the world. 2 night wedding anniversary surprise for my husband and they decorated the bed with stuff from the garden and made it look beautiful. The pool villas are huge and stunning, so peaceful and private, we barely moved from there as it was just so incredible. The main pool area and beach was beautiful too, and sitting at the restaurant overlooking the pool and beach at sunset was perfect. All the staff are so so lovely and sweet. The gym was great and had all i needed, running and cycling in the area is fantastic. Will stay here again for sure. Best decision ever to come here

Amazing hotel with great food and perfect quite location.

A great resort to wind down and feel pampered, leaving all negativity behind. Amazing architecture, huge level of privacy for the private pool and bathtub on patio. We will be back

A luxury hotel on a stunning beach. Green area The restaurant and pools are located on the first line on the beach, and absolutely all the villas are across the road, which was a complete surprise. The traffic is not intense, but the constant crossing of the road does not allow you to let your children go to the room alone. There are no people on the beach at all. Only elite villas around. A great place for secluded, measured relaxation. The water is gorgeous, transparent, visibility down 4-5 meters. The beach is long, wide and without garbage (and there are no cleaners). No one bites in the water (on the neighboring beaches of Phuket they eat in the evening at the same time). There are 2 times more sun loungers and umbrellas than people. You can only eat at the hotel, there are no restaurants, cafes or even makashnits within walking distance. The prices are reasonable, the food is varied and delicious.

Except for some small flies in the room, everything else is perfect

I have been here for two consecutive years, and my family loves it! It is quiet, comfortable, and the beach is beautiful... I couldn't book a room with a large swimming pool this time, which is a bit of a pity (there is something wrong with Ctrip's room selection)...

Wonderful facility! Right on the private beach! Our wishes were literally anticipated. Very friendly staff. Good western and Asian cuisine! Very relaxing, peaceful vacation!

The rooms are very nice and clean. However, the hotel is not actually on Phuket Island, but in an uninhabited place outside the island. There is no village or shop in front and behind. The Ctrip website has some misleading publicity. The driver who picked me up from the airport in advance did not come, because this place is not on the island, almost no one sent me, the airport delivery price is outrageous, and there are no entertainment projects and transportation facilities nearby. You can call a car at random, and the cheapest one is more than 400 yuan, and it only takes 7 or 8 minutes to get to the city. So everyone must open their eyes! ...

If you like cockroaches and bad service, Santhiya will be your best choice. It is a five-star resort with no door locks in the room. You can only simply lock the French window at the entrance, which is very unsafe. The door downstairs can be opened with a push. There is a musty smell in the room because of many wooden furnitures. I don’t know how long the swimming pool water has not been changed! There are cockroaches in the room, a lot of them. In the middle of the night when you are asleep, you will hear the cockroaches crawling and the weird birds outside the window. The front desk of a five-star hotel is not 24 hours. If you need anything in the middle of the night, even if it is a safety emergency caused by no locks in the room, you will be greeted by tomorrow morning. Needless to say, the surrounding facilities are three kilometers away. It costs 350 baht to take a taxi to the nearest convenience store. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel! Not recommended!
