Huge and clean room. The staff is friendly. We told them, we will late check-in. They always ready support us to find out hotel and provide password to the room. Location is very good. Near Taiping Road, opposite Hisense plaza tower.

Good location and easy access for wheelchair as there is a slope at the ground floor entrance to the elevator. Hotel reception is on the 10th floor. The entrance is via Huayuanyunxi south tower. The room is the same as shown by the pictures. Basic necessities and simple housekeeping were provided every day. Communicate via wechat, and there is no need for room key to access, just password. Strategic place and convenient to go attraction nearby. The hotel management was kind, considerate, and understanding to let us extend a few hours on the checkout date as my plane was 9 pm at night, without any charge, so that we can take a rest. Will definitely book this same place again when we come to Changsha again. 😀😀😀

Great location, next to Pozi Street. Big room for family of 4. The only con that I can think of is the projector, as you can not watch any TV channels.

The bathroom was not separated from wet and dry areas. As soon as I took a shower, there was water everywhere. There was not even a carpet. In the end, Only use large towels to spread on the floor. The air conditioner has a lot of dust and looks a bit dirty. The bed was not very comfortable either, too soft. The most convenient thing about living here is that you can go downstairs and have a nice place to eat and drink. It is very close to Pozi Street, Wenheyou and the Fire Palace. In addition, the hotel elevator can be entered and exited at will without swiping a card, which does not feel very safe. The elevator is relatively unsanitary and hot.
