Ulasan Tabist Kazeyuki

We arrived before 15.00 the check-in time hence there really was nobody at front desk until it's 15.00. Did some walking and dragging luggage (approx. 5-10 min) from bus terminal to/from hotel (luckily, my luggage's wheel survive the road). The hotel's onsen are free to use as long as it's vacant and really private for us only (because you can locked the door). Our room on 3rd floor was Japanese style with tatami, futon, short-legged table, teapot for green tea. The room's window has great view to mountains and cool, clean air.

Hotel located near Hirayu onsen bus stop, ver convenient. Our room was a bit dusty. Private outdoor onsen was good. Tanami mats quite thin to sleep on.

There are 4 private hot springs, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. Very private and relax.

Clean, quiet, and good location near to Hirayu bus terminal. Easy access to Kamikochi. Plus private onsen on first come first serve

Limited Service but the self serve guidelines are good enough to access the private indoor or outdoor hot spring

四個湯池，兩個室外兩個室內，去的時候一個室外的在維護，室外的挺不錯的，私密性強，三月初還有厚厚的積雪，別有一番風味，房間也乾淨，前台小姐姐是中國人非常親切，給我們預訂了對面酒店的自助晚餐，整體感覺非常棒，下次還會選擇這家

整棟住宿乾潔，入住方便，工作人員有禮，房間乾潔，温泉為私人風呂，使用時可以鎖門，私密度高，房間是塌塌米床舖。

在這裏你可以成為捉蟲小能手 從第一天晚上蟲子爬到我70歲母親身上引起驚嚇導致整夜睡不着 到每天都能捉蟲子 心理素質越來越強 店家有中國的兩名員工一男一女自始至終沒有一句道歉 沒有任何歉意 一直説很正常每個房間都有蟲子 一分錢不會退 態度十分強硬 這也引起了我們的強烈反感 於是引發爭吵 店家甚至要報警威脅 也是怪自己選擇了這個地區便宜的旅店 門鎖鑰匙很難開又難鎖 每次都要折騰好幾次。為了節約成本 旅店裡麪很冷也就算了 就連房間裏空調也是打不熱的 被褥和被子很薄。我都是穿着棉毛褲貼着三個暖寶寶才能睡着。 更過分的是因為蟲子第二天提出換一床被單套 中國女店員居然還説要加錢收費。也是聞所未聞。後面我説既然要收費那乾脆我換房間好了 她方才作罷。 總而言之 為自己的選擇而買單 也感謝攜程中間積極調解 來過日本快20次 第一次住中國人開的酒店就有那種極差的體驗也是始料未及。 下次引以為戒。
