Convenient and nice location!

dedicated whole floor for public bath, high tech and many freebies. my only fav choice in japan (all cities).

The experience was bad. The staff members were impatient and seemed they were not willing to help as we arrived at hotel around 8:30pm. All the facilities and amenities we asked for like parking lots, pillows, slippers all were not available. They just asked me to drive to other car parks but not giving me any instructions or recommendations which carpark to go. So we drove around and stopped at the carpark nearby one by one and checked whether it would be ok to park overnight. When I booked the room, I stated clearly 2 adults and 2 kids would stay in the room, however, there were just 2 pillows provided. I called to front desk and asked for 2 pillows and the staff member said, the pillow would only be provided to adults. What a special arrangement for the kids! So this is hotel is not a kids friendly one. When we left and wanted to get back our luggages, the staff member asked us to wait in an impolite manner. Anyway, from the time I stepped in the hotel till I left, the experience was unpleasant.

Very good location, bus stop nearby, opposite more little inside is the shopping street, many restaurants around, free Spa separate for man and woman and ice creams! free night noodle at the hotel restaurant, very relax

I like Dormy inn! I have been to 3 different Dormy inns and their standard have been consistent and excellent. Love their indoor and outdoor onsens, free flow of yakult in the morning, and free flow of ice cream in the afternoon and night, ramen for supper. Their breakfast is really delicious too!

All the reception staff had a cool face and not helpful at all during check in in the evening of Nov 27 2024. The situation is that they had three staffs standing in front of us and we have to do all the checkin procedures by ourselves in front of a cold checkin machine. They don’t even bother to help or offering any help. The atmosphere there is worsen than we chatted with strangers on the street. They even did have any repose when we said thanks to them.

Location is very good, you can easy to find convenience stores and restaurants

Excellent hot spring and free services including late night noodles and free desserts, combined with an amazing breakfast buffet with both Japanese and Western choices. The only slight downside is that the room is a bit small. Still a superb value choice and we'll visit again in the future for sure.

20 min walk from JR station and ferry pier. Breakfast is nice.

Got free upgrade to the room with bath tube The room size is larger than the normal Japanese hotel room with free snack at fridge. We didnt try the onsen at the top floor of the hotel, but did tried the ice cream which is for free. The twin bed is good in size and comfortable. It takes about 15-20 mins walk to Mitsukoshi, but pretty near the main shopping street. Nothing to complaint
