Very good. Very friendly. Nice and clean. Good c/p value. It is our favorite hotel in tainting. We stay in this hotel whenever we visit tainting. No.1 choice.

I will not go to this hotel again. I highly recommend it. It is very different from when it first opened. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved. I stayed for 2 nights and did not have breakfast. I don't know how the food is now. In addition, the front desk staff was cold and silent. There is no air conditioning in the elevator. I was charged 100 yuan for 2 pillows and I had to pay cash immediately. I was dumbfounded.

The pillow has a strong smell of animal feathers. It makes me feel uncomfortable when I wake up. Suggestions for improvement

1. No check-in information was provided during check-in. 2. Service staff lack crisis awareness and their attitude and words are frivolous. 3. There is no dedicated person to guide and explain the relevant facilities, and guests can only explore on their own. 4. The condition of the guest rooms needs to be improved, and the paint surface has obvious gaps. 5. There is a gap between the information on the hotel booking website and the experience of staying at the hotel.

The hotel has indoor & outdoor parking lots next to the main road, which is convenient for parking. There is a snack bar in the lobby, drinks, coffee, ice cream and biscuits, as well as free bicycles to borrow. The service staff are friendly.

Comes with breakfast and supper, the meals are really delicious, parking is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, there is a self-service bar in the lobby, biscuits and drinks are hot and cold, and the service is very kind! It is the place I must stay every time I come to Taitung for business.

1.夜消的菜色樣式簡單不多,早餐(中/西/素食)樣式簡單還OK,1F咖啡區供應樣式多很不錯,不提供一次性用品(或另外購買)就較差點,以日本旅遊相同不提拱但在下午3~5點1F櫃台旁有供應客人自取.

設備新；價格非常合理；服務優！ 附的早餐餐點非常美味；大廳還有冷飲點心，超入味大顆的茶葉蛋很是滿意！下次去台東的首選😉👍

離市區很近，周邊停車方便，有停車場。

飯店服務部分: 人員較冷漠一些，不大會主動問候是否要入住或退房。 設施部分: 從5年前入住至今，(每年約一次到飯店)，體驗到繁盛至今沒有進步且設施裡面的器具慢慢得減少。 餐點:這5年來始終如一。 所以今年的入住體驗，我可能不會再來入住了， 雖然有免費洗衣、腳踏車免費租借、咖啡吧-這些是優點， 但缺點多過優點時..... 謝謝V -HOTEL曾經給我美好的回憶。

本來去了之後想加價升級，客服人員也說還有較好的樓中樓間，卻說是網路訂單沒有辦法，若貴公司未來能增取可以加價升級的話應該更好了!房間是一般的，每一個地方底下，如電視長桌下，椅子下，床邊櫃子下滿滿都是灰塵，好像好久都沒有掃了，晚上一直吸到灰塵。跟去年，前年我們去的同樣這間彷彿變樣，以往的乾淨舒適都不見了，真的可惜!其他吃喝都還算不錯，但基本的整潔乾淨應該有，不然，太噁心了!
