I booked this extension for 8hrs only and will not stay overnight i asked the reception initially what is our current room, and they said its standard double room, so i said i will book here at trip.com. After i booked i called again and told them that i already paid online, and they said that the room i booked is not the same room so i have to go out and check in again at 3PM, thats why i asked them initially for our room, and they said i still have to pay addl 400, i said its just a few hrs i paid 1 night online and will not stay overnight and still wants me to check out and check in again at 3PM and pay addl?
