Overall is good. 7-8 min walks to Taipei main station, Xi Men Ding. Convenience with many restaurants nearby. Dry and wet toilet is separated. But a bit awkward if travel with friends with semi-transparent partition and not fully covered.

Room is spacious and not stuffy. No damp smell. Location is not too bad. Walking distance from a couple of bus stops and train stations. Bring a longer charging cable or extension cord. Toilet has some black mould. Shower head is broken and leaking.

The hotel location is so nice, near ximending night market and near the NTU station and some of the museums Just had a problem with the hotel service. We did not get the package of drop off service because they did not even inform us how to book it ahead of time which is so disappointing, front desk people not helpful and approachable

Hotel B7 Journey is a very value-for-money option. The facility is very decent with greater convenience to the public transportation. Strongly recommend to the travelers who want to stay in the heart of Taipei with acceptable cost.

Me and my friends recently stayed at this hotel and really impressed by the excellent service and location. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to leave our baggages before check-in and after check-out time. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options especially in ximending area. However, the amenities were somewhat limited and understandable due to their enviromental rules. The cleanliness was mostly good, but I did notice a few minor issues, like some left bottle under the bed. Rooms weren't very soundproof and could hear noises from neighboring room which made it harder to relax at times. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for great service and a prime location, will def come back

I love the concept of the hostel. We choose the twin bedroom. Just a small space consist of just a twin (bunk)bed. Below they put a sofa that can be use as a bed as well. So another (third) person can sleep there. Wash basin, and shower is inside the room but toilet is outside. Communal toilets have bidets which is major love for us Malaysians. Complete enough amenities for a traveller like us that will always be outside anyway. There are pantry with hot water and fridge. But u have to bring ur own cups and utensils. There is one washing machine and one dryer upstairs that can be used before 10pm as to avoid disturbing sleeping guests. Other self service laundry available nearby. Recommend stay for people on the go.

Location is superb! Room is spacious and clean. We were upgraded to twin double bed room! We truly have a comfortable 2 nights stay!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close walk to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT station for transportation (just need to figure out the right exit to enter or exit the station), walking distance to Ximenting for shopping, there are lots of eateries nearby, Chengzhong Market (城中市场 translate to Market in the city), a local market, is walking distance with lots of local food stalls. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is quite spacious with some longish siting area. There is no common area to work though. We booked 2 types of room for our group. Share Studio and Classic Twin. The Share Studio comes with 4 single beds, no window, but spacious. However, the toilet ergonomics not so good as there is no space to place toiletries in the shower cubicle except on the floor. 1 bit towel and a small towel are provided for, together with 2 paper cups for each bed. Each bed has a luggage storage area under the bed, a lockable drawer, and a small compartment for storing things. Each bed comes with a small retractable desk with its own light at the foot of the bed. The Classic Twin has better ergonomics in the toilet, and has windows to get ventilation (if needed). This room is considered more premium than the Share Studio, it comes with tea and coffee, and ceramic cups. In each room a water jug is provided for, and at least 2 water stations are available on each floor. Will I stay here again? Definitely.

The room was not very clean, but the location of this hotel is good. Close to the MRT station and just opposite Ximending for shopping and eating. Room service was provided every day, which I thought was good. The laundry room is open from 10am to 10pm, which I thought was not very friendly, as we might do laundry after returning to the hotel at night. The hotel wifi is stable.

The same excellent service and hospitality as the first time I was here in the late 80s when it was still the iconic Lai Lai Sheraton. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday memorable with the extra arrangements. Special mention goes to Ellen and the front desk team for taking great care of us.
