I love the self check in because it is very convenient. Plus you can store your luggage with lock if you came in early. There are assistants too near the self-check in. I will choose here again if i came back to taiwan.

Me and my friends recently stayed at this hotel and really impressed by the excellent service and location. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to leave our baggages before check-in and after check-out time. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options especially in ximending area. However, the amenities were somewhat limited and understandable due to their enviromental rules. The cleanliness was mostly good, but I did notice a few minor issues, like some left bottle under the bed. Rooms weren't very soundproof and could hear noises from neighboring room which made it harder to relax at times. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for great service and a prime location, will def come back

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the hotel boasted complete amenities. Its location was also ideal, with plenty of dining options and a convenience store nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was some dust in the room, but it didn't detract significantly from the overall positive experience. I booked this extension for 8hrs only and will not stay overnight i asked the reception initially what is our current room, and they said its standard double room, so i said i will book here at trip.com. After i booked i called again and told them that i already paid online, and they said that the room i booked is not the same room so i have to go out and check in again at 3PM, thats why i asked them initially for our room, and they said i still have to pay addl 400, i said its just a few hrs i paid 1 night online and will not stay overnight and still wants me to check out and check in again at 3PM and pay addl? And they said they will ask again their manager. They called and agreed in the end. The room is clean as they knock to clean it everyday and their towels are also white clean. Although the bed is low like japanese style maybe

Great Hotel, staff was responsive and helpful, very modern and clean. Only thing to improve is breakfast as they don't have a restaurant and cooperate with the starbucks that is attached.

Hotel is not new but they maintain the service well, location not too far from exit Z4 (with lift), the hotel is located above Mc donald (same building) my stay was quite comfortable, the staff is kindly she give amenities like toothbrush, comb when i arrived in the hotel, the room itself is clean even though it's small room, I stayed in the Fashion Double room

Room was clean and pillow was ok. Certain toiletries are provided upon request at the front desk. Check in and out were pretty smooth. Within walking distance to Taipei main station and even to Ximen. Nespresso machine available in the room with tea bags. No bottled water provided but water machine is available at each floor just outside the lift. Public buses are very accessible. Overall pretty good value for the money.

It's in a bulding with several other hotels and mall, the lobby is on 7th floor. Location is good, next to Taipei Main Station MRT with underground mall, surround by a lot of food options. Walking distance to Ximen walking street. Room quiet clean, but no bottled water, coffee and tea provided. There is only a sink mirror with insufficient light. Soundproofing not good. Hot water, ac, tv working good. Staff were nice and helpful. They have coin laundry room.

The room was cleaned meticulously. The hotel looks very new and everything is just very aesthetically pleasing. The whole room was well-lit, with intelligent control of the facilities in the room which was fun. There was room for two large suitcases and quite a few drawers for storing loose backpacks or bags which were very handy. The bed was big, clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was extremely spacious. This hotel will be our go-to hotel from now on for all our Taipei trip!

The room had a modern design, with comfortable beds, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a desk. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it worked well for our needs. The shower had good water pressure, and everything was clean and in good condition. #### Service: The service was friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions and were prompt in fulfilling our requests for extra towels and pillows. #### Amenities: The **breakfast** was okay, but not impressive. The buffet had a basic selection of both Western and ********* breakfast items, but it became repetitive, and the quality could have been better. It was just enough to get by, but nothing memorable. One issue that affected our stay was the **noise in the lobby at night**. It often felt like a social hangout spot, with a large group of people drinking beer and playing games. It wasn't always clear if all of them were hotel guests, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially for anyone trying to relax or sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a problem, as the lobby area gets pretty lively late into the night. #### Overall Experience: While **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** offers great value for its central location and the rooms are generally comfortable, the noise from the lobby and the underwhelming breakfast left a bit of a negative impression. Based on this experience, **I probably wouldn't stay here again**. I would likely choose a hotel that's even closer to Ximending, with quieter surroundings and a better breakfast. Would I recommend it? If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Ximending and don't mind some noise in the evenings, it could work for you. But for a more peaceful stay, I’d recommend looking at other options.
