The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access. The staff are highly professional and provide excellent service. The room is well-equipped with all the necessary multifunctional features. However, a drawback is that the walls are not soundproof, which may affect privacy. Overall, I would rate my stay 10 out of 10.

Location was walking distance from Longshan Temple metro station. Lots of eateries within walking distance if you are not having breakfast at the hotel. 2 convenience stores within a 1 minute walk from the respective entrances. Swimming pool you had to bring a swimming cap to swim. Otherwise you had to buy 1 from the front desk. The only rule that I had problem with. There were water dispensers on every floor as they don’t provide free bottled water. An organization playing its part to encourage sustainability.

Friendly staff but bad for rubbish bin. No bins in the whole lobby. Comfortable stay, clean environment, nice buffet, so far so good.

It’s my second stay in this hotel. The location is good and it’s close to Longshan Temple and Ximending. I appreciate the toilet is separated from the bathing area.

Have to do self check-in. No personal touch in service, reached before 3pm and have to take a check in slip first and return later to machine at 3pm to collect card again. The wash basin, toilet and shower are separated. Bathtub is too small. Room is not very clean, I still find hair on the sofa in the room. Only has 1 pillow for each guest. Location is ok to find food and 15mins walk away from 24hr Carrefour and 25mins walk away from Ximending.

Self check in machine doesnt work. Staff reluctantly did the manual check in for us. All amenities (including water bottle) are chargable. A disgrace to 5-stars hotels

The hotel is excellent, with peaceful surroundings, yet conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of a train station. It is also close to numerous shopping malls and vibrant night markets. The service provided is impressive, eg. the staff can assist with booking cars to your desired destinations or the airport.

I wished I book more days here.. it is very convenient to stay at Caesar Metro if you wish to travel around via their public transport (MRT/ Train). The train is just 30 secs walk once you exited the side door.. while the MRT will require you to walk about 7 mins. The downside about this hotel is the lift. Please avoid taking the lift during 10am to 12pm.. the wait could be as long as 15 mins even though they have 6 lifts in service.

This is 2nd c.in here..still good for all.. except room space not big enough for 5* Once more MRT closer is Exit No.2 from LungShan Temple (Blue Line) if Local Train only next to it.. The concierge always busy for handling all passengers luggage in n out hahaha

Located at Wanhua TRA station and adjacent to Hongshansi MRT station, the hotel was great but the sound proof may need to be improved. It is not due to the room I think , as the guest room next to me having party at ant 1am. The gym is quite disappointing as it has only treadmills and some cardio equipment, however quite spacious. Must try their Chinese restaurant located at 3rd floor, them them your room number for 15 percent off. Same for Starbucks and Buffet at 5th floor. The only concern is I am not sure in what condition the room will auto off the power. Which makes me feel so uncomfortable. it will not always happen but very randomly. Many good restaurants around and walking distance to a local night market street (Huaxi Night Market). Will definitely stay again.

Attach to WanHua Taiwan Railway station at WanHua district, functional room with toilet and shower separately built, where provide Starbucks on 5F with 20% off for hotel residents, just one stop from Taipei Station with 6-7 trains per hour. No self laundry but room cleaning service was good. Sufficient USB and power plugs in the room, only found one night out of 7 was noisy at night. Also walk 6-8 minutes to Longshan Temple Metro station BL. Walk about 12-15 minutes to Huaxi Street nigh market passing by Longshan Temple.

Coolest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! I highly recommend!

Booked their Junior Suite for 3 nights during my short stay at Taipei. One of the cheapest and value for money hotels I found by surprise within Wanhua and Zhongzheng Districts. Located just above Wanhua Train Station and 2 minutes walk away from Lungshan Temple Metro Station. Check in is strictly at 3pm, but was allowed to do self service pre-check in when I reached at around 2.30pm and waited at the lobby area for the check in to start at 3pm. Room is located at the 27th floor right beside the lift lobby. Room is equipped with 2 bathrobes (not automatically changed unless requested), a small fridge, coffee machine and a small living room to chill. Two TVs (living room and bedroom) with Netflix and disney plus too! Room is wide enough to open my 2 luggages without blocking the walkway between the room door and bathroom. Great view of the Taipei City from my window and bathroom window. Toilet bowl is japanese which i really love it! Bathroom is wide too! Bathroom is also equipped with shampoo, facial soap and body soap. Do remember to bring your own toiletries as they don’t provide other toilet amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste. Housekeeping is done once a day unlike other hotels which may only do once for every 3 night stay. Check out was a breeze, simply dropped my room card at the front of the reception at the express check out box as I don’t have any outstanding payments.

Excellent location right above Wanhua TRA station; walking distance to lungshan temple and night markets. Many good food around the hotel, including oyster mee sua!
