Ulasan Capital Waikoloa Hotel

The hotel’s location was very good. There were many shops nearby the hotel. The room was very big and spacious. The hotel employees were very kind. For the most past the guest room was very clean and organized. Though, a part of the bedsheet had a couple of dried spots on it. Before the check-in for a new hotel guest it should have been properly changed. To be eco-friendly is a good thing but overall cleanliness should still be maintained. Since, there was only one guest staying in the room, it was all right in that you can use a pillow to cover the spots. Although, I do wonder about the overall cleanliness of the bed. I had bites on my hands. Not sure if they were from bed bugs or what not.

Helpful and friendly staff. Room lighting and deco could be brighter and newer. Aircon was not working well which was slightly warm. Location is average because it is more than 10min walk to the nearest MRT. Many food shops nearby which was convenient with convenience stores nearby.

A bit old but not worn out. Very 90s setting if you are into that period. Huge and impressive bathroom with jacuzzi etc. Well maintained despite aged.

The hotel a bit old but well maintain... breakfast not much choice, braised meat no refill when it finish...

Nice hotel. Big room. 6 bottles of water provided most days plus snacks.

Old fashioned but classic hotel located in quiet neighbourhood. Facility is old but the Japanese style room has wooden floor, which is good for humid season

The staff service is really good, rooms are very spacious. Location is decent in terms of being in the city but it's a bit far from the MRT.

The room is big and cozy place. Very quiet and good location.

staff polite clean and nice

Overall ok. location is quite far away from the MRT about a 5 min walk. the hotel has a very vintage vibe with all the warm light. there’s a bath tub so it’s a plus. Things to note is that the Wifi here is super duper SLOW, even slower then my hotspot. The breakfast here on my first and last day was buffet, otherwise is room service. The food is ok but the choices are limited.

It is good hotel and good service.
