The private onsen & public one are both very nice! Feel relaxed after using them.
Tried dinner (a la carte) at 2/f restaurant. Can tell that their chef is very professional & even clam soup, fried veggie & avo burdock roll taste so good.
Breakfast is so-so. Too many carbs & sweet stuff (& not many protein to choose from). Moreover, steamed sweet potatoes & veggie are cold & some with sour taste - so assume they are not fresh or over-cooked.
But overall very positive experience & will find time to visit again.

The room is very spacious with Japanese style of sitting area of chit chat. The private hot spring inside the room is cool as well as the outdoor public hot spring is a different experience. Do take note to bring along your swimming costume to enter the outdoor public. The amenities in the hotel is nice and clean.
There isn’t much choice for dinner at the hotel as there is only 1 Japanese restaurant serving the food. The food is slightly on the high side but the taste is delicious.
The breakfast area is decent with many variety of food.
There is a convenience store nearby which require about 15 mins walk downhill and it’s pretty dark especially at night. Good for staying to enjoy the hot spring and pamper yourself.

My extended stat… nice hot spring outdoor facilities and good private hot spring pool in room .. very enjoyable 3 days 2 nights stay ! Greatly recommended with the hrly shuttle bus service !!!

Its too distant/remote. No stores to buy food/snacks or tooth brushes/Paste (Gov Policy). Not "Persons with Dissabilities" Friendly. Hotel not designed for wheelchair access. No safety railing between shower and ONE Meter Deep Tub. Hot water temp in pools and room NOT hot enough. Water Pressure was Excellent From Fountain Streams of Wall Pool / Excellent Body Massage to Body. Actually, Best of Pool. Breakfast was good and original. Three (3) Star Hotel.

Nice room with very good surrounding. Facilities are good and with beautiful view. There is also a shuttle bus to and from Xinbeitou station which makes travelling to and from the hotel easy. Bus schedule attached for reference. Service of staff in the hotel is also very good which made us feel very welcomed.

Good hotel stay. Staying at the hotel makes it quite convenient to enjoy the hot springs. Each room has its own private bath tub with hot spring water.
I liked the breakfast buffet options. They have light meal options for vegetarians such as congee and salad. All the food items are clearly labeled so it's easy for me to know what I can eat as a vegetarian.
I think the staff might be overworked due to the large volume of day hot spring visitors. Maybe management should have more manpower planned so the current staff are not exhausted.
The shuttle bus makes it easy to get around as the hotel is quite a way from the train station.
