All the staffs were really friendly. The rooms were really clean. At the reception area there were free snacks and water. The cutest thing about this hotel is they provide a puzzle piece that you can draw on. And put it on the wall after. Love everything bout it !

Got free snacks and cup noodles. Nice staying experience and will come back again if traveling back to Taipei.

Outlook of hotel building looks old in the 1980s but inside is ok. Clean and organised. Overall nice feel and worth it. Easy to find, just follow landmarks will get you there from Ximen station. Will want to stay there again if we visit Taipei again. Cheers

Cons: Requested for make up room service on the 3rd n 4th day, but apparently there are still nail cuttings all over the floor. Theres also small bugs in the bathroom. Theres also alot of hair on the floor. Can only use floor cloth to cover. Soundproofing is REALLY very bad. Bad window view. Pros: theres netflix service (own subscription), free drinks n cup noodles, within 10mins walking distance from xmd mrt. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Customer service is excellent! I would still recommend this hotel if u want to stay for mere days. :)

Very simple check in and out process. Initially given only one keycard however when asked for a second keycard it was easily given without question. We stayed 4 weeknights. Sound insulation is poor from neighbour room’s bathroom, however other guests were very respectful and kept noise levels low, no problems with sleeping. Had a room without window, but plus is no street noise, and the common lounge area is spacious and comfortable. Free bottled drinking water, free snack and cup noodles, free hot water/tea very useful. Location is good, safe walk to Ximen metro and Ximending shopping. I would recommend and come back.

It was quite good

Location: I went to Hall 1 because Hall 1 is on the ground floor. I couldn't find the order number and then I realized that I booked Hall 3, but it was just opposite Hall 1. There is an elevator on the second floor. Opposite is 7-11. On the left is FamilyMart. Opposite FamilyMart is Taiwan Lottery. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the MRT station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Carrefour and PX Union. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to all the popular areas of Ximending. It takes 15 minutes to walk in the other direction to take the bus to Jiufen. So the transportation is very convenient. Facilities: It's big enough. The room can open two suitcases. But the toilet doesn't have dry and wet separation, so be careful. And the shower curtain is outside the toilet, so the people inside are not protected. Be careful. There is a step between the entrance and the center of the room. Elderly people and children should pay attention. But the lobby is very good and spacious. There is a place for you to wear cheongsam and check in (although I didn't wear one). There is a piano and a large sofa area. You can eat all you can, but be aware that they are all very cheap. If you want to eat the famous ones like Man Han or Wei Wei, you still have to buy them yourself. Then you can make your own drinks such as chocolate black tea. There are Hong Ruizhen sandwiches in the refrigerator, but you have to get up very early to get them, otherwise they will be taken away. There is a delicious milk pudding! Service: The treatment is very good. The staff are very polite. When you check in for the first time, they will tell you what you can use. The room card packaging is very beautiful. There are free postcards to write and send. There are dessert coupons for the restaurant next door. A map and a puzzle. You can draw the puzzle yourself and stick it on the wall to check in. A small bag is also given

Clean, safe, medium sized, always have food to eat.

The accommodation is lovely, close to tourist attractions, very convenient to travel. However, the room walls are thin, sometimes you can hear the sound of opening and closing the door of the next room.

The address is easy to find and the room is nice! Water, drinks, cup noodles, toothbrushes, and slippers are all self-service But there are no cotton flowers. There are many delicious food downstairs and you can buy many souvenirs.
